Increase financial investment in education, ensure that children of economically disadvantaged families and children of migrant workers receive compulsory education on an equal footing, so that the right of every school-age child and teenager to receive compulsory education on an equal footing is guaranteed, so that they can go to school with ease and happiness, have a brighter future and a better life, and lay a more solid foundation for the prosperity of the people and the country.
