Mainly manifested in the lack of political and ideological study, insufficient care and attention to some important spirits and policies of the party and the country, lack of serious study and understanding, lack of some basic political qualities, lack of political acumen, especially in daily work, thinking that he is just an ordinary comrade, following the rules, step by step, lacking initiative and creativity, and unable to do groundbreaking work with brand-new ideas and ways, so he looks at problems and does things.
(B) the work style is not solid enough
Sometimes they are afraid of difficulties and lack patience in the work assigned by the leaders, and sometimes they are only satisfied with the tasks assigned by the bureau leaders. It is often only according to the work arranged by the bureau, step by step, and it is not enough to cultivate awareness. Lack of work attitude and courage to overcome difficulties, mental state can not well adapt to the requirements of various tasks, can not do a good job with a peaceful mind, but also need to further enhance professionalism and sense of responsibility.
(C) business ability is not good enough
At work, I often feel that my business knowledge is not deep and wide enough, my theoretical knowledge can't be well connected with my business, and the improvement of my business ability can't keep up with the new requirements put forward by our work.

Mainly manifested in: Sometimes it is not enough to love your job and serve the people wholeheartedly. As a young man, party member should have realized his value through continuous efforts and excellent completion of work tasks, and dedicated his knowledge, young people's enthusiasm and excellent service to education, students and schools. But I am only satisfied with the task assigned by the leaders and doing my own job well. I am not active enough to think at a higher and deeper level.
Second, the reasons for the problems
1, political theory study is not solid. There is a lack of deep understanding of "practicing the party's mass line", and thoughts and actions can't keep up with the pace of the times.
2. The work style is not solid. I think as long as the work is passable and good study habits are not formed, the consciousness and initiative of learning are not strong.
3. Not knowing enough about business. Business needs to learn a little, don't drill too deep, don't learn too deep, and be content with general ideas. As a result, the relevant business knowledge is not fully mastered, the study is not solid, the work is not handy, and it is always circulating in low work efficiency.
Third, the future rectification measures
1, strengthen the study of political theory and correct the style of study. In the future, we should strengthen the study of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Jiang Zemin and Theory of Three Represents, learn and understand the spirit of the Party's documents in time, and improve ourselves.
