Examination and certification:
1. The operation certificate for special operations shall be issued by the Safety Production Integrated Management Department.
2, special operation certificate, review once every three years. Those who have been engaged in this type of work continuously for more than 10 years may be re-examined once every six years after the knowledge update education by the employer.
3. The special operators who have been away from the special operation post for more than 6 months shall re-examine the actual operation, and can only take up their jobs after they are confirmed to be qualified.
Precautions for special operation certificate:
1, according to the regulations, special operators must go to the local hospitals at or above the county level for physical examination before attending the training, and those who pass the physical examination can participate in the theoretical training and practical training of safety technology corresponding to their special operations.
2. When registering for training, you need to fill in the Application Form for Training of Special Operators, and submit three one-inch recent photos (white or blue background, no red clothes), one copy of ID card and one copy of academic certificate, which will be reviewed and sealed by each unit.
Personnel who have obtained the operation certificate of special operations still need to be re-examined once every two years. If they pass the re-examination, the re-examination badge shall be affixed to the original certificate. Graduates of technical schools who have passed the teaching examination according to the "Assessment Standard for Safety Technology of Special Operations" issued by the state and relevant regulations.
You can no longer participate in the primary training of special operations, and participate in the assessment directly after more than half a year of internship. Qualified, issued a special operation safety certificate; If you fail, you need to be retrained.

Operators of special equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipes, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities, motor vehicles in factories and their related management personnel are collectively referred to as special equipment operators. Personnel engaged in special equipment operations shall, in accordance with the provisions of these measures, pass the examination and obtain the certificate of special equipment operators before engaging in corresponding operations or management.

To apply for the certificate of special equipment operators, you should first register for the examination at the examination institution for special equipment operators designated by the issuing department (hereinafter referred to as the examination institution); After passing the examination, apply to the issuing department for examination and certification based on the examination results and related materials.
