Below, I would like to make some suggestions on accelerating the development of education in our city.

First, affirm the achievements, clarify the gap, and enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of strengthening the city through education.

First, the vast number of educators in the city have closely focused on the work goal of "striving for three firsts" of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government, pressed themselves, worked hard, pioneered and innovated, and achieved remarkable results in all aspects of education.

First, vigorously promote key education projects, further optimize school conditions, and lay a new pattern of sustainable development of education. During the "xx" period, the provinces, cities and counties jointly invested more than RMB 1 100 million, and successively implemented the renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural primary and secondary schools, layout adjustment, "three new and one bright", "six possessions" and "school-to-school communication" projects. At the beginning of this year, our city launched the "four supporting projects" of sports equipment, art education equipment, physical and chemical laboratory equipment and books and materials in rural primary and secondary schools, and achieved initial results. The implementation of key education projects has optimized the conditions for running schools in primary and secondary schools and laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of education in our city.

The second is to strengthen the management of education and teaching, improve the quality of teaching, and create a new leading brand in education. Insist on improving the conditions for running a school and improving the quality of teaching simultaneously, take a two-pronged approach and take multiple measures simultaneously, and the educational and teaching achievements of all kinds of schools at all levels have been steadily improved. Today, the college entrance examination and senior high school entrance examination in our city continue to maintain a leading position, and the senior high school entrance examination ranks first among all counties and cities in our city. Many indicators of the college entrance examination are leading, achieving "three consecutive championships". The quality of education and teaching has been recognized by the society and the masses and enjoys a good reputation in the surrounding areas.

The third is to establish famous schools, further enlarge high-quality resources, and build a new platform for education to leapfrog development. Taking the opportunity of establishing famous schools, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens have a high orientation, started early and developed rapidly, forming a good trend of overall development and all-round rise of schools at all levels. As soon as I went to No.1 Middle School, nearly one school in our city was established as a national key vocational middle school, a provincial model kindergarten, a provincial experimental primary school, a provincial modern model junior high school, and a provincial three-star high school in Zhonghe City. The rapid expansion of quality education resources has further met the people's demand for quality education.

Fourth, care for and help poor families, further improve the educational equity system and establish a new mechanism to help poor students. The municipal party committee and the municipal government have included subsidizing poor students in the "popular project", strengthened leadership and made rapid progress. The vast number of teaching staff in the education system are concerned about poor students and actively carry out activities to help and subsidize poor students in pairs. The city 1 10,000 orphans and poor students benefited from it. Our city has fully established a new mechanism for subsidizing poor students, which is led by the government, operated by education and actively participated by all sectors of society.

We should seriously study the existing problems, formulate countermeasures and solve them as soon as possible.
