First, strengthen study and make careful preparations before supervision.
First of all, responsible inspectors must have a high professional level in understanding policies and regulations, mastering work processes, and using supervision tools. Therefore, I especially cherish the training and study before supervision, and improve my management experience and practical ability through charging.
Secondly, understanding the school and the principal is the premise of doing a good job of responsible supervision. Every school has its own unique history and present situation, and every principal has his own educational understanding and pursuit. Before supervision, browsing the school website, consulting materials, doing homework and getting familiar with the school through all channels are my magic weapons to achieve seamless docking.
Third, scientific planning and communication are pragmatic and efficient work guarantees. At the beginning of this semester, I carefully worked out the monthly supervision schedule of the whole district 1 1 school, rationally planned the arrival time, supervision items and participation in supervision, and publicized it for implementation after extensive consultation. A few days before the start of school, remind the school to do a good job of self-evaluation and self-diagnosis, understand the recent work of the school, and on the basis of respecting the school, contact and coordinate with the inspectors, principals and visual guides in the responsible area, participate in major activities, complete daily supervision, and achieve "helping without adding chaos".
II. Supervision and diagnosis, evaluation and discovery
1. In-depth interview with the principal, extensive listening to teachers' views and comprehensive feeling of school culture are the primary tasks after school. On the basis of accurately grasping the characteristics, highlights and shortcomings of the school, we should guide the school to standardize its school-running behavior with an objective and unique perspective and combined with our own professional experience.
2. Accurately understand the role orientation of responsible inspectors, and integrate listing supervision with the development of educational connotation. In the routine supervision at least once a month, I use eight evaluation scales and three questionnaires formulated by the Education Supervision Office of Nanshan District Government, and take random lectures, access to materials, attend meetings as nonvoting delegates, visit seminars, questionnaire surveys and campus inspections to scientifically select observation points, supervise running schools according to law, evaluate the quality of education, discover typical experiences, diagnose current problems, feedback teaching conditions and public opinion, and coordinate education administration.
3. Strive to achieve four "ones" in each supervision. In order to realize the high sense of responsibility and mission of supervision quality and efficiency, we should insist on supervision, record and summary, and realize "refining a bright spot, finding a problem, giving a feedback and completing a report" in the school responsibility supervision work. This timely and strong sense of supervision has enabled the supervision of listing to continue in depth.
Third, follow up the rectification after supervision and summarize the research.
1. uphold the law and put an end to illegal acts. For the illegal problems found in the supervision, I promptly issued a notice of oral or written rectification, and worked with the school to study solutions or put forward opinions and suggestions. After leaving school, track and check the rectification in a planned way, and urge the school to improve itself.
