Xianda College of Economics and Humanities of Shanghai International Studies University is the first batch of full-time undergraduate independent colleges in Shanghai approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004. 202 1 Obtained the early training program of the master's degree awarding unit of Shanghai Academic Degree Office.

Sponsored by Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai Xianda Investment Co., Ltd., the school has two campuses, Hongkou and Chongming. Hongkou Campus is located in the northeast of the city, adjacent to Shanghai International Studies University. Chongming Campus is located in Chenjia Town, Chongming District. The beautiful architecture of neoclassicism and Tuscany style complements the unique ecological environment.

Relying on the strong faculty of Shanghai International Studies University and the advantages of foreign language teaching and scientific research, the school has built foreign languages and literature, economic management and other advantageous disciplines.

Taking art design as a characteristic discipline, law, education and other disciplines develop in harmony. There are 26 undergraduate majors in 6 major disciplines, with nearly 9,500 full-time undergraduates.
