The Education Department of the Autonomous Region said that the specific epidemic prevention requirements for schools starting this year should be implemented in accordance with Article 3 "Operational Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Infection in novel coronavirus" issued by the Comprehensive Group of Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council.
Some specific requirements are put forward for the prevention and control of epidemic situation on campus:
1. At the peak of the epidemic, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens adopt strict closed management, and colleges and universities can implement district management.
2, after the lifting of the epidemic, colleges and universities, vocational colleges, primary and secondary schools should promptly restore the normal order of education and teaching, kindergartens should promptly resume opening.
3. The school organizes the work force to strengthen the daily health monitoring of teachers and students, reminding and urging teachers and students not to come to school to work or study due to illness when they have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and sore throat.
4. One week before the start of school, students should take health self-tests at home every day, such as measuring body temperature and observing clinical symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection. If there are symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and sore throat, antigen or nucleic acid detection should be carried out. If the test results confirm that you are infected with the virus, you must report it to the school truthfully and delay returning to school. After returning to school, teachers and students will conduct health monitoring for 7 consecutive days to minimize gathering activities.
5. The school places common disinfection products at the entrance of the teaching building, the entrance of the stairs and the entrance of the elevator, which is convenient for teachers, students and employees to disinfect themselves when they come in and out.
6. Strengthen the safety management of food and drinking water, install partitions on dining tables, and conditionally set up one-way flow channels.
