1, Qian Zhiliang, associate professor and tutor of master students in the School of Education of Beijing Normal University, was once the secretary of the experimental primary school of Beijing Normal University, concurrently the secretary-general of the expert committee for the healthy growth of children in China, the secretary-general of the Youth Federation of China Education Association, and a member of the expert committee for the revision of the National Law on the Protection of Minors. In the report, Professor Qian has a humorous language, rich expressions and vivid performances, expounding his attitude and understanding of life and education, and interpreting the significance of life and education.
Professor Qian pointed out that life is hard-won, so we should cherish it more. The birth of life is wonderful. The probability of a person being born is 654.38+one in a billion, which is simply a miracle. He said that only by understanding life can we fear it, cherish it, treat it well, love it and defend it.
Professor Qian also pointed out that accepting every student unconditionally is the most basic conscience of teachers. This is the basic morality of being a teacher and the foundation of the school. The school itself should be a sea of rivers, regardless of wealth, dignity, beauty, ugliness, good and evil, but only school-age children, we should accept and protect them, because this is a living individual.

Before the end of the lecture, Professor Qian Zhiliang gave eight suggestions to the teachers: Never deny your dreams, never change them, never rely on experience, never transfer pressure, never force them, never complain, never punish them arbitrarily, and never just stare at shortcomings. Indeed, children are a vulnerable group and they need our protection. We should see more children's bright spots, encourage more, and be less harsh.
