What do you mean by released prisoners?
Legal analysis:

Criminals sentenced to criminal detention or fixed-term imprisonment by the people's courts need to serve their sentences in detention centers or prisons and receive control education, that is, they need to go to jail. As long as it is a punishment, there will be a certain period of time, and the sentence will naturally be released from prison. For this kind of personnel, they are usually called ex-prisoners. After returning to society, released prisoners will regain their freedom without special supervision by judicial organs. According to the relevant regulations, the public security, judicial administration, labor, personnel, civil affairs and other departments of people's governments at all levels and relevant social organizations, enterprises and institutions, neighborhood offices and village (neighborhood) committees shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in the resettlement education of released prisoners and create necessary conditions for their life, labor and education. After being released from prison, prisoners have regained their personal freedom and can live and work freely without any restrictions. The idea of reporting to the local area is only to further help and educate the released prisoners. If they fail to report after their release, they will not be punished for it. So after getting out of prison, there are no restrictions.
