Mr. Huang: Born in 1962, China nationality, with no right of abode abroad, party member, Ph.D., second-class professor of Central South University, doctoral supervisor, recipient of government subsidy from the State Council, distinguished professor, and Furong scholar in Hunan Province. Professor Huang is a member of the National Aerospace Technology Expert Group, a member of the National Expert Group on Major Science and Technology Special Engine Materials, deputy director of the Joint Research Center for New Aircraft of the Ministry of Education, and director of the Sub-center for Lightweight High Temperature Resistant Materials. Executive Director of China Composite Materials Society, Vice Chairman of Carbon Branch of China Metallurgy Society, and Vice Chairman of Carbon Graphite Material Professional Committee of China Institute of Electrician. Now he is an independent director of the company.
