Singapore's educational philosophy is "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" and "making the best use of their talents", acknowledging that everyone's IQ is different, and not everyone can complete the learning task with the same difficulty. Therefore, in the design of the education system, the practice of stratification is implemented, so that all children can receive their own education, rather than the same education. After all the diversion, not to mention universities, only 20% of students will eventually enter high school, and other students will be diverted to science, engineering, art schools and vocational schools sooner or later.
