How to do well the work of class teachers in vocational high schools
According to my experience in vocational education for many years, I think the head teacher is like a leading goose, which plays an important role in the cultivation of students' ideological and moral character and has a special influence on the formation of students' healthy psychology and the acquisition of students' skills. Vocational high schools are different from ordinary high schools, so the work of class teachers in vocational high schools has its own characteristics. Here, I would like to talk about some experiences on how to do well the work of the class teacher in vocational high schools: First, ideological education is the work of the class teacher for many years, which makes me really feel that management is impossible without the ideological education of students. To grasp class management, we must first do a good job in students' ideological education. (1) The content of education should be to educate students in an all-round way, encourage them to make continuous progress in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor, and strive to be a good student. Education can be coordinated from the following contents. 1, paying attention to the entrance education (1), and paying attention to the limitations of professional ideological education, lead to all kinds of irrational behaviors when students choose their majors, leading to great emotional fluctuations and unstable thoughts after entering school. At this time, it is particularly important to carry out professional ideological education. Professional ideological education should focus on centralized education, combined with patriotism, collectivism and professional ethics education, in order to arouse students' self-confidence and stimulate their interest in learning majors. (2) Educate students about the correct world outlook and outlook on life, and guide students to make reasonable goal orientation. According to the actual situation of students, guide students to analyze and study themselves realistically: understand their own advantages and disadvantages; Know your hobbies; Moreover, the goal orientation should be reasonable and practical, at the same time, we should strengthen the cultivation of our own abilities and specialties, pay attention to the improvement of professional skills, develop good learning quality and maintain a rigorous life style, which are the basic qualities that workers with modern significance must have. 2. Pay attention to regular education (1), and seriously organize students to learn rules and regulations such as middle school students' code, civilized class appraisal, dormitory management system, dormitory appraisal, and student appraisal reward; (2) Organize students to make class rules. 3. If the students work hard in various activities and succeed, they should post the awards in the classroom, so that the students can enjoy the happiness of success and experience the collective strength. (2) The focus of education should be 1 to appease the fluctuating mood of freshmen. In the two months after entering school, many students have a very prominent sense of loss. They always feel that their vocational high school is not ideal and can't help but be in a passive wait-and-see state. They are not enterprising, have poor discipline and don't concentrate on their studies. At this time, the class teacher should enlighten them in time, carry out diplomatic education, "suit the right medicine" and convince them that "it is safe when they come." 2. Do a good job in ideological education of class cadres. They should start from small things, establish the concept of small factors and great changes, be strict with themselves, set an example and lead the whole class to develop healthily together. 3. Actively guide potential students. Most students in secondary vocational schools are poor students in junior high schools. In the long-term reprimand of "idiot" and "hopeless", self-esteem and self-confidence almost disappeared. How to help these students regain their confidence? First of all, teachers must overcome the intellectual obstacles of secondary vocational school students. The survey found that most of these students' academic achievements were caused by improper criticism from teachers and parents, helping parents to work and getting sick. Vocational college students are not really "born stupid"! Every vocational educator must abandon old ideas ideologically and give students justice. Secondly, let students overcome their inferiority complex, get out of the shadow of "no job" and awaken their self-confidence and self-esteem that have been sleeping for a long time. Second, efficient management is the key. 1. Make a practical plan for creating classes. Vocational schools have higher requirements for class management, stricter standards and clearer rewards and punishments. According to the evaluation of civilized classes and relevant rules, class rules should be formulated from the aspects of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and students should strive to achieve this goal. And there must be an overall goal, or strive for civilized classes in the first school year, civilized classes in the second school year, and first-class civilized classes in the third school year. 2. Establish a reasonable class organization according to the class management objectives, and establish a United and efficient organizational structure according to the principles of unified objectives, high efficiency and division of labor. 3. Whether the class cadres are equipped with suitable student cadres is directly related to whether the class objectives can be achieved. At the beginning of the first semester, the only basis for selecting class cadres, dormitory leaders and group leaders is the initial performance of students. We should make repeated investigations and carefully look for candidates. The performance of the selected cadres in the first semester may not be as good as you think. Then, starting from the second semester, we will focus on the selection of cadres in the class, and according to the principles of competition for posts and democratic centralism, we will "set posts according to needs" and "determine people by posts" in the class. Student cadres who lack work responsibility and enthusiasm, low work ability and poor academic performance should be re-selected, and their demonstration effect should influence and lead the whole class to advance towards the established goals. 4. Correct treatment and rational evaluation of students Students often care about teachers' evaluation and whether teachers are fair, just, realistic and equal. Therefore, the head teacher must treat and evaluate every student correctly and rationally. 5. The best purpose of controlling classroom activities in time is to prevent problems from happening. We should control it according to the goal of civilized class, and grasp the main problems of class, especially the flexible use of "exception principle" and "grasping the middle at both ends" According to the feedback, focus on controlling the "top students" and "poor students", so that the top students have motivation, the average students have motivation, and the poor students have pressure, so as not to drag the class to achieve the goal. Facing the students with flesh and blood, thoughts and feelings, the way the class teacher talks with the students determines the success or failure of education! So pay attention to the art of conversation. 1, avoid using sarcasm, comparison, contempt, orders, threats and other conversation methods. 2. Respect and understand students. Because the premise of effective communication between people is understanding. Without understanding, there is no real communication. A thoughtful word from the head teacher can be better than dozens of moral sermons. 3. Know how to appreciate students. Be good at discovering the bright spots of students. If students behave well, praise them in time, and don't be stingy with praise. Enjoy the joy of success with students, so that students can truly feel a great sense of accomplishment, and then generate more positive motivation. We should sincerely encourage students. Senior three students are often irrational when thinking and dealing with problems, which will make students feel frustrated psychologically and affect their enthusiasm and initiative. The head teacher should be good at being a "catalyst", encourage students more, give them full confidence and courage, help students raise their sails and push them to ride the wind and waves. When students are depressed, discouraged, distressed and unwilling to make progress, it is time for the class teacher to take the initiative and add motivation to the students. In a word, the head teacher has a lot of work to do. Only by creating a good class group and cultivating a group of socialist workers can we make due contributions to the great cause of motherland construction.
