(1) Migration Creep Law. The material flow, energy flow and information flow in the educational ecosystem mainly show runoff, that is, obvious migration, but show undercurrent, that is, inconspicuous migration. The state finance department allocates funds to the education department, which transfers them to schools through banks. This is a decisive battle. After the energy flows into the school, it is dispersed to the departments, then to the teaching and research departments, and even to individual faculty members, and gradually changes from runoff to small undercurrent. In this process, energy is gradually dissipated. Similarity analysis of information systems still needs the help of knowledge about human brain and nervous system.
(2) the law of growth and decline. Since the reform and opening up, solving school funds through multiple channels and ways can be understood as a kind of enrichment, which will bring vitality and motivation to the school education ecosystem. Generally speaking, the higher the enrichment degree, the higher the development level of the system, but too much energy enrichment will cause waste. In short, richness should adapt to different levels of development, which is not difficult to understand. Fading is the opposite of richness, for example, the information flow decreases with the increase of distance. It will decay with time in the human body, and can only be maintained by repeated review and strengthening those necessary neural connections.
(3) Balance and imbalance of educational ecology. One of the core issues of educational ecology theory is the ecological balance of education. Grasping the law of educational ecological balance can fundamentally reveal the essence of existing problems in education and promote the development of education. The balance of educational ecology can be analyzed from two different angles: the structure and function of educational ecosystem. It is worth noting that due to the restoration of educational ecological balance or the establishment of a new periodic table of educational ecological balance, and the lag of educational effect, some imbalances have been hidden for some time, which requires people to actively observe and analyze according to the principle of balance and scientific detection methods, take active countermeasures and actively adjust, otherwise they will pay a high price.
(4) Competition mechanism and co-evolution. Whether between countries, schools or talents, from educational ecosystem to groups and individuals, competition has existed for a long time, leading to the survival of the fittest. For example, some schools died after they were established. On the other hand, the positive significance of competition is also well known. Competition can bring motivation to educators and educatees. Competition can promote the overall education reform, promote the intersection and infiltration between disciplines, promote the cooperation between disciplines, colleges and departments, and promote the improvement of teaching quality and scientific research level. From mutual competition to common evolution, this is the common wish of managers, educators and educatees. Although sometimes inappropriate competition may lead to the opposite result, co-evolution will always be the mainstream of the educational ecosystem.
(5) A virtuous circle of educational ecology. Education circle is a large education system, including enlightenment education, adult education and continuing education. The objects include not only those who are engaged in educational work, but also the objective conditions and environment on which educational development depends, that is, society, economy, science and technology, management and the demand for talents. The talent flow, energy flow and material flow in the education circle all have their own good circulation mechanism, which is just an example.
