How do math teachers prepare well before class?
1. Teacher preparation:

Many experienced teachers believe that in order to implement effective teaching in mathematics class, teachers must be prepared in the following aspects.

(1) Check the information.

Now all kinds of teaching reference books, lesson preparation manuals, blackboard design and teaching reference materials are published in newspapers and periodicals. Most of these materials are compiled or written by experts and teachers with rich teaching experience. These materials have deeply analyzed, synthesized and summarized our textbooks from different angles, sides and levels, put forward reasonable teaching suggestions in many aspects, and designed scientific teaching ideas. These ready-made teaching experiences have great reference value and guiding role for us to prepare lessons. If we can make good use of them, we can avoid many unnecessary detours and get more time to study more suitable teaching materials and methods.

The lecture notes we usually listen to in public classes and the after-class records of our own classes are also valuable reference materials. Open class embodies the efforts of the lecturers to explore and innovate, and success and failure can also be used as a reference for our teaching.

Therefore, we insist on consulting more materials, attending more lectures and learning more, taking the essence of valuable materials and learning from each other's strengths, which is of great benefit to optimizing our classroom teaching.

(2) Prepare lessons carefully.

Preparing lessons is the most important part of pre-class preparation, the premise of a good class and the key to improving teaching quality. In order to prepare lessons well, we must choose appropriate teaching methods and sort out the teaching materials according to the requirements of new curriculum standards and the characteristics of teaching materials, combined with the reality of students, in order to achieve the best teaching effect.

The direct product and manifestation of preparing lessons is the lesson plan. Compiling lesson plans is the crystallization of teachers' lesson preparation and the basis of teaching, which makes each class have a clear purpose, scientificity, foresight and planning, and reasonably allocates classroom time. Some teachers don't think so. They either "transplant" other people's lesson plans to their own lesson preparation books. Or simply take the bought lesson preparation manual to the podium; Or "read a whole book until you are old", and use a lesson plan every time every year. These ways of cutting corners are extremely unfavorable to the improvement of teaching quality.

Writing lesson plans is neither copying texts nor making do with reference materials, but the result of creative processing of teaching materials and various teaching reference materials. Mathematics teaching itself is a highly creative work, and every successful lesson embodies the achievements of teachers' innovative design. Even the same teaching content, due to different educational objects, different class foundations, different requirements and so on. All require us to give full play to our talents and get out of the circle of ready-made lesson plans. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard and the students' reality, we should determine the depth and breadth of the explanation content, make clear its knowledge and ideological content, and entertain and educate; Pay attention to the combination of intelligence factor education and non-intelligence factor education, but also mobilize students' interest in learning, stimulate their learning will and thirst for knowledge, and cultivate their autonomous learning ability. Carefully design teaching methods, consider how to cultivate students' ability, and write teaching methods suitable for the intelligent development of students in this class.

We must adapt to the situation of teaching reform, dig deep into teaching materials, understand students, study teaching methods and prepare lessons carefully in order to achieve good teaching results. Just like preparing lessons requires three preparations: preparing textbooks, preparing students and preparing teaching methods. Only by closely surrounding these three preparations can the written lesson plans be considered qualified and worthy of the podium.

(3) Prepare teaching AIDS.

Teaching AIDS are the means and measures to achieve teaching objectives. With the aid of teaching AIDS, abstract and generalized knowledge can be concretized and visualized. It can not only achieve intuitive, visual, simplified and clear purposes, but also help students effectively master knowledge and skills, enliven the classroom teaching atmosphere and improve students' interest in learning. There are many kinds of visual AIDS, such as objects, pictures, specimens, models, three computers (video recorders, slide projectors, players), multimedia computers and so on. We need to know what teaching AIDS we need in class and get them ready before class. If audio-visual education is adopted, it is necessary to check whether the electrical appliances are normal and whether the software and hardware used are installed and can operate normally before class. It is best to do a demonstration experiment in advance to ensure the success and accuracy of the classroom demonstration. In class, the location of teaching AIDS and the time of demonstration should also be considered. If these works are done fully and carefully, we can avoid unnecessary interference caused by inadequate preparation of teaching AIDS and affect the smooth development of the teaching process.

(4) Meditate in class.

Writing a good lesson plan does not mean that you can have a good lesson. Thinking about preparing lessons is the supplement, perfection and deepening of preparing lessons, and it is the guarantee of a good class. If we remember the whole process in our mind after writing the lesson plan, we should comprehensively consider the teaching emphases, difficulties, teaching steps and possible problems of this lesson, and then make corresponding adjustments, additions and deletions. It can be said that this is a reprocessing of the teaching plan, which will make the classroom teaching objectives more clear, the focus more prominent, the structure more rigorous and the organization more clear.

If you want to have a class, this step is more important for young teachers who have just stepped onto the podium. Because they are not very familiar with the content of the textbook, and it is the first time to write a lesson plan for this lesson. After meditation before class, the classroom will become active, free and coherent. In the classroom, it is easy to embody and implement well-written teaching plans in the classroom and avoid being confined to paper.

(5) before class.

Listening to lectures is also an important part of a good class. If you arrive at the door of the classroom on time when the lesson preparation bell rings, you can achieve the following three purposes: First, it is time for students to attend class, so that students who are still playing outside the classroom can quickly enter the classroom and return to their seats quickly, gradually stabilizing their emotions and preparing for class; Secondly, it plays a role in regulating our own emotions, so as to infect students with good emotions and spirits in regular classes; Thirdly, it will strengthen students' concept of time, help students to be strict with themselves, improve their self-control ability, and gradually develop good behavior habits of cherishing time like gold. Imagine what would happen if a teacher hurried to the classroom after the bell rang. It will inevitably affect the teaching effect, the transfer of students' intentional attention and the cultivation of good habits of cherishing time. For young teachers who first set foot on the platform, waiting before class will play a role in stabilizing emotions and preventing stage fright.

(6) timely summary.

After-class summary is not only a summary of after-class experience of a class, but also a record of success or failure, and it is also a preparation for the next class in advance. We sum up the successes and shortcomings of each class in time, so as to bring valuable reference experience for future pre-class preparation and avoid repeating the same mistakes. We keep taking classes, summarizing and improving. In a few years, more than ten years, we will truly become an experienced people's teacher.

"Everything is established in advance, and if it is not planned, it will be abolished." The more fully prepared before class, the better the classroom teaching effect. Most of our teachers have realized this in practice. Therefore, in every math class, we can't ignore six aspects of preparation before class.

2. Students prepare:

In order to implement effective teaching, besides the preparation of teachers, the preparation of students is also essential, which is the premise of improving the efficiency of listening to lectures.

(1) Material preparation

Before class, you must prepare textbooks, exercise books, notebooks, sharpen pencils, pack ballpoint pens, fill them with pen water, and sometimes prepare compasses and other tools. Don't wait for the teacher to start teaching before you think about what to look for. This will not only waste valuable time in class, but also disturb the train of thought in class.

(2) knowledge preparation

Generally speaking, every new knowledge is developed on the basis of old knowledge. Practice has proved that people can gain new knowledge by reviewing old knowledge. Therefore, to learn new knowledge well, on the one hand, we should review what we have learned before, on the other hand, we should preview new knowledge. In this way, it will be more efficient to go to class with questions on purpose.

(3) Physical preparation

In addition to taking an active part in physical exercise, we should also arrange rest time reasonably, ensure 8 hours of sleep every day, go to bed early and get up early. Take a nap in summer, but the time should not be too long, about half an hour. We should make full use of recess time, breathe fresh air outside the classroom and do some light physical activities. In this way, you can keep a good mental state and go to class, and the effect will naturally be good.

(4) Psychological preparation

You can't attend classes with emotions, with impressions of teachers, and with interest in mathematics. No matter which teacher is in class, he must listen carefully. Different teachers have different teaching methods. Each student should adapt to the teacher's teaching methods on the basis of understanding the teacher's teaching characteristics.

Ye Shengtao said: "Education is to cultivate habits." Bacon said, "Habit is the master of life." It can be seen that it is particularly important to pay attention to cultivating students' good study habits. Preparation before class is the basis for teachers to have a good class and students to learn it well. A good beginning is half the battle. As long as we form the good habit of previewing well before class, and let the good habit run through the whole process of learning over time, we will certainly receive good results.

As the saying goes: Be prepared. Only when teachers and students are fully prepared can the classroom be proactive, scientific and effective. Under the reasonable and correct guidance of teachers and giving full play to students' subjectivity, our mathematics classroom will certainly glow with vitality.
