Notes on the National Scholarship for Retired Soldiers:

"For freshmen who have retired for more than one year, are employed independently, pass the national unified college entrance examination or higher vocational college examination, and report to the school, tuition fees will be reduced or exempted". It doesn't mean that you can only register after a year's retirement. If you want to sign up this year, no problem, but you can't enjoy the policy of tuition reduction.
