After obtaining the qualification certificate of the first-class project manager of the construction enterprise issued by the construction administrative department, you can be exempted from taking the subject of construction management and construction engineering regulations and related knowledge, and only take the subject of professional engineering management and practice 1.

2. Obtaining the qualification certificate of the second-level project manager of the construction enterprise issued by the construction administrative department, you can be exempted from the examination of the construction management subject of construction engineering, and only take the examination of the two subjects of construction engineering regulations and related knowledge and professional engineering management and practice.

(3) The personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) Grade II constructor issued by Beijing Municipality may choose the corresponding major in the professional engineering management and practice subjects according to the actual needs of their work, and sign up for the corresponding professional examination of Grade II constructor. Applicants must provide qualification certificates and other related materials before entering the exam.

Conditions for the second construction project of Fairy Face Master: (2) Those who apply for the second-class registered architect qualification examination for the first time must meet one of the following conditions:
