I study in Dade Middle School and Guiyang Normal School in Guiyang. Since 1944, he has worked as a journalist, interview director, editor-in-chief, editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief in Guizhou Baogong, Guiyang Li Bao, Dagang Daily, Guizhou News Agency, National Herald, News and Guizhou Public Opinion.

After liberation, he continued to engage in journalism and served as editor-in-chief of Hsinchu Business Daily. He used to be the dean of Guiyang Institute of Work and Study, and a teacher of Sinan Middle School and Tongren Middle School in Guizhou. After the reform and opening up, he served as the editor-in-chief of Guiyang Business Daily for 8 years and the executive editorial board of Continental Bridge News and Information. He also participated in the drafting, writing and editing of provincial, municipal and district CPPCC literature and history materials, the editing of provincial CPPCC literature and history materials news publication album, and the compilation of Guiyang city records and cultural relics records. Since 1980s, he began to study local literature and history, and wrote articles such as General Situation of Guiyang Journalism in the 1940s and Textual Research on the Evolution of Dading Judicial System in Guizhou Daily, Guiyang Evening News and Guizhou Political Consultative Conference Newspaper. He used to be the executive director of Guiyang Journalism Society and Journalists Association, the literary and historical member of Guiyang CPPCC, the director of Guizhou Newspaper Association, the executive director of Provincial Modern History Society, and the executive director of Guizhou Branch of China Vocational Education Association. He was once rated as an advanced individual from all walks of life in Guiyang and an outstanding member of China Democratic National Construction Association. 1994 was hired as a librarian of Guizhou Provincial Institute of Literature and History.
