By April 2023, there were 2033 full-time teachers in our school, 949 teachers with associate senior titles or above, and 30 doctors1/kloc-0. There are 896 tutors for master students and 95 tutors for doctoral students.

The school has gathered 3 14 high-level talents, including academicians from developed countries, double-hired academicians, winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, national candidates for the "Hundred Million Talents Project", experts from the State Council's special allowance, famous teachers of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program", outstanding talents from the Ministry of Education in the new century, and scholars from the Central Plains. There are 30 high-level teaching and research teams at or above the provincial level.
