Hebei Vocational College of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, referred to as "College of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation", is located in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. The school is a full-time general higher vocational school organized by the Qinhuangdao Municipal People's Government, and has been selected as the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units, the Ministry of Education 1+X certificate system pilot colleges, and the "quality higher vocational colleges" in Hebei Province.

Hebei Vocational College of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation was formerly a teacher training institution established in 1906. August 196 1 renamed Hebei Funing Taihezhai Normal School and closed in August.1962; 1979, with the approval of the people's government of Hebei Province, the school was resumed, and it was named Funing Normal School in Hebei Province, and later renamed Taihezhai Normal School in Funing, Hebei Province.
On May 24th, 2002, with the approval of Hebei Provincial People's Government, it was upgraded to Qinhuangdao Foreign Language Vocational College, which enrolled students nationwide. On August 2065438+2005 1 1, the provincial government approved the renaming of Hebei Vocational College of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
