The motor vehicle driver's license is in the internship period, or the motor vehicle driver's license has not been verified within the time limit, or the motor vehicle driver's license has been detained or temporarily detained;
There is an unprocessed traffic violation record under the name of the motor vehicle driver;
The name of the motor vehicle driver has a motor vehicle whose safety technical inspection has expired or whose registration has not been cancelled as required;
Motor vehicle drivers participate in traffic safety education to reduce or exempt the scores of road traffic safety violations, or motor vehicle drivers resort to deceit and impersonation when they get full marks in education, verification, education and study exams.
