How to treat introverted children
1, spend more time with the children

Children who are accompanied by their parents are happy and confident, with a warm smile on their faces, dare to express their likes and anger, have a straightforward personality, will not be wronged outside, become one with teachers and classmates, love to help classmates, and are willing to let others help them.

Some parents have busy careers, and their children are taken care of by the elderly, so they spend less time with their children. Although old people love children, they can't replace their parents. Parents spend time and energy to take care of their children, and their children are psychologically healthier, more cheerful, emotionally stable and less depressed.

Step 2 lead by example

Parents are cheerful, generous and confident, and the child's personality will be very similar to that of parents; If the child is introverted, don't rush to deny the child and see if you have similar problems. Solve your own problems first, and the child's introverted problems will naturally be fine.

Parents are the first teachers of the children. Parents' words and deeds, every move, children see in their eyes and unconsciously imitate; Children are also parents' teachers, reflecting parents' problems, growing up with children and cultivating mature and cheerful personality.

3. Create a harmonious and friendly family atmosphere.

Many children are introverted, because the family atmosphere is not harmonious, parents often quarrel, and children are not surrounded by love, but worry that their parents quarrel with each other, affecting their mood and becoming timid and depressed.

I hope my children are cheerful, parents respect each other, care for each other, help each other, respect the old and love the young, and my children grow up in a warm and loving family. They are in a super good mood, dare to express themselves, have a loving heart and are lively and cheerful.

4. Take children out to get in touch with the outside.

Taking children out to exercise more will release a lot of pressure and make them feel happy during exercise, so as to open their hearts, become brave, dare to face some problems in interpersonal communication, and be frank and communicate with friends.

Get in touch with people outside, get out of your inner self and get to know the wider world. Don't be confined to your own small circle, don't tie your imagination, and have a brainstorming with your friends, your thinking will be more flexible and the sparks of wisdom will collide.

5. Communicate with children more.

Parents should communicate with their children more, understand their psychological dynamics, and don't denounce their immature ideas, which will make them afraid to express themselves in front of their parents, for fear that their parents will laugh at themselves and have no desire to talk on their own initiative.

We should accept children's ideas and kindly remind them that they can't turn around for a while, so that time can prove that their emotions will not be excited if they are not suppressed with a wooden stick. After a long time, their personalities will become introverted.
