What is an education policy?
Education policy refers to the laws, regulations, measures and plans formulated by the government or educational institutions to achieve educational goals. The purpose of education policy is to standardize and guide the development of education, improve the quality of education and protect citizens' educational rights. Education policy involves all aspects of education, such as teaching content, teaching methods, allocation of educational resources, education investment, education system reform and so on.
