Third, in the process of development, private education is different from public education in terms of system and mechanism. Private education has the characteristics of flexible mechanism, adapting to the market and stressing practical results, which can meet the needs of market economy and effectively promote the diversification of education supply. The flexible and efficient management mode of private schools can be used for reference to promote the reform of education management system.
Fourth, over the years, private educational institutions at all levels have trained tens of millions of talents for the society and made important contributions to socialist modernization. Private education has become an important part of the whole education in China.
Second, suggestions to improve the teaching level of private schools
Due to some objective conditions of private education, such as low entrance threshold, low level of students and poor study habits, the good time for students to learn cultural knowledge and technology at school has become a mere formality, distorting the significance of private education. Therefore, we should give full play to the role of private education, and strive to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate high-quality talents in line with the principle of being responsible for students and returning to society. The following are some suggestions to improve the teaching level.
1. In training students
Students are the masters of learning. To become useful talents, we must cultivate students' spirit of active exploration. Students have no active learning attitude, but passively cope with learning, which will form the bad habit of laziness and prevarication, lead to a vicious circle, and the whole knowledge system is full of loopholes, and ultimately achieve nothing in school. Give a realistic example: in the late semester, the author took a teacher's class when he left, and the teacher had finished the whole textbook. What the author should do is to lead the students to review. As a result, when students are asked about their study in class, most people report that the whole textbook is almost incomprehensible. The author patiently led them to review carefully from the beginning. However, when reviewing the first chapter and asking students if they have mastered it, some students still said, "No, I didn't understand it when the teacher said it last time." Didn't you understand what the last teacher said? Is that why you can't understand the next teacher? It is obvious that this classmate is looking for an excuse to avoid studying. This incident fully shows that students don't like learning, even if the teacher tells them countless times, they can't learn. Therefore, to achieve good teaching results, we must first give full play to students' dominant position, cultivate students' awareness of learning and develop good study habits. The rapid development of contemporary science and technology makes people realize the inevitability and importance of continuing education and lifelong education. In a word, students can develop good study habits, which can not only improve learning efficiency and ensure the smooth completion of learning tasks, but also promote themselves to acquire knowledge naturally, develop their intelligence and improve their ability.
For students who have not developed good habits, the author has taken the following measures:
(1) At the beginning of this course, students are taught the correct learning methods. First, preview before class. Through preview, students can get a preliminary understanding of the basic knowledge points of this lesson. Moreover, to find out what knowledge is impossible, you need to listen carefully in class to solve it. The second is to listen carefully in class. Although I have a preliminary understanding of this class, some knowledge points will still be misunderstood based on the students' existing cognitive level, so I need to listen carefully to the teacher's explanation in order to master the knowledge correctly. The third is to consolidate the review in time after class. Students also have personal experience. Sometimes they master the knowledge well in class, but they ignore the review after class. After a while, students still can't remember. This fully shows the importance of after-class review.
With the correct learning methods, we should also make them realize the importance of developing good study habits in their studies. With good study habits, students can study regularly and efficiently. Correct learning methods, good study habits, careful listening in class, diligent thinking, and timely asking questions when encountering difficulties can consolidate knowledge in exploration. This virtuous circle will save time and get good grades in study.
(2) In view of the weak self-control of teenagers, various supervision is needed in the school management system to promote students to form good habits.
2. In improving the level of teachers.
(1) Cultivation of teaching and research ability. Teachers should not only learn the textbooks of this subject, but also learn the knowledge of related subjects. Teachers themselves should be researchers. In the process of education and teaching, teachers should immerse themselves in the education and teaching situation with the mentality of researchers, examine and analyze all kinds of problems in education and teaching practice with the eyes of researchers, reflect on their own behaviors, explore the problems that arise, sum up the accumulated experience, and sublimate their theories into regular understanding. This research ability, which organically integrates research with education and teaching, is the premise for teachers to change from "teachers" to "educators", the basis for teachers' sustainable development and the key to improving the level of education and teaching. Teachers in the new era should change to "research type".
(2) The improvement of teaching practice ability and reflection ability. Teachers should not only teach each lesson well, but also reflect on each lesson after class, sum up the shortcomings and accumulate teaching experience. Record each student's learning process, correct what students do badly, and form a reasonable evaluation.
Teachers' ability to deal with emergencies is also very important. Proper handling of classroom emergencies requires teachers to have a high degree of educational tact. Whether classroom emergencies are handled properly or not affects the healthy development of students' body and mind. There is such a social news: two junior high school students make small moves with each other in class, which causes contradictions and finally leads to a big fight. One of them picked up the bench and knocked on the head of another classmate, causing the classmate to bleed heavily. At this critical moment, the teacher should have contacted the medical staff immediately to rescue the wounded. However, the teacher turned a blind eye and let it drift until the class was over. As a result, the injured classmate lost too much blood, and the rescue was ineffective, so a bright life passed away. The teacher's inaction caused the tragedy.
(3) Research on teaching methods. Adopt unique teaching methods and pleasant teaching atmosphere to make students love learning. Through entertaining classroom teaching, students can experience a sense of relaxation, a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence, turn learning into fun, make students have no burden, reach the realm of "happy learning", and realize the transformation from "passive learning" to "active learning", from "learning knowledge" to "learning to learn", and from simply improving academic level to paying attention to improving personal quality. The development of private schools has increased the diversity and selectivity of educational supply methods. Teachers should make full use of the advantages and resources of private schools, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and cultivate and develop students' personalities.
3. In terms of increasing investment in school teaching.
It is difficult to improve the teaching level of teachers in private schools, and the lack of resources is an objective reality. However, in order to build a school brand and form its own school-running characteristics, schools must be willing to invest great efforts in educational resources, introduce more good educational resources from other famous schools, and hold more lectures by famous teachers; Train teachers in our school to increase the opportunities for teachers to participate in observation classes and continuing education; We should also actively organize all teaching and research departments to carry out teaching and research activities, establish scientific research projects, and improve the teaching level of teachers in our school. Only in this way can we form our own excellent teaching team and help to form our own school-running characteristics.
The author only briefly talks about the views on improving private education and teaching from the above three aspects. Doing a good job in education and teaching needs support from many aspects, especially the development and growth of private education faces more difficulties and has a long way to go. However, we should be full of confidence. With the strong support of the state, private education has begun to take shape in recent years. With good policies and measures, it will certainly get better development. The ancients said, "It takes ten years to plant trees, but it takes a hundred years to cultivate people." Education is a brilliant achievement that affects generations. Therefore, we must attach importance to teaching and take teaching as the top priority.
