I made corresponding regulations for students' classroom routine. Students usually like to sit around in the music classroom. I observed several classes, specially made a seating chart for a music classroom and posted it on the pillars of the music classroom, asking students to sit according to the new seating chart. If someone is absent from class, I can tell at a glance, and I also praised the students who performed particularly well in class, and made corresponding performers linked to the final grade evaluation, and the effect was good. Students who come to the music classroom are no longer messy.

Fourth, shortcomings.

1, teaching is not perfect, students' regular classroom teaching is not strict enough, especially how to make first-year students interested in the content of music textbooks needs to be improved and strengthened.

2. My own teaching is not rigorous enough.

Third, extracurricular interest activities

Interest group members are basically voluntary registration. No charge. Activities are held in afternoon activity classes from Monday to Friday.
