That place is rather shabby and dirty. Go north along Cheng Chun Street until you reach the intersection with Hao Yue Road, then go west, cross an intersection (the intersection of Heping Road and Hao Yue Road), and then go west for about 3~400 meters.

There are no big buildings on Hao Yue Avenue, but there are snacks: Tian Li Snack City, Xingshengyuan Food City and Tianfuju Sauce Bone Restaurant. There is a Changchun Ding Rui Education and Training Center to the west of the registration office.
