The longest period of suspension from school in a university is not more than two years. "Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Student Status": Students should drop out of school in any of the following circumstances:

1. Students who are diagnosed by the hospital due to injuries need to stop classes for treatment and rest, accounting for more than 1/3 of the total class hours of a semester.

2. According to the attendance, the cumulative absence due to illness in a semester exceeds 1/3 of the total class hours in that semester.

4. In the allowed study period, the students' suspension time is generally one year, which may be appropriately extended with the approval of the school under special circumstances, but the cumulative period shall not exceed two years.
