1. The children of martyrs shall submit the original certificate of martyrs and the certificate from the provincial civil affairs department.
2. Children who sacrifice the people's police in the line of duty, and children of disabled people's police in grade one to four shall submit the original disability certificate issued by the civil affairs department and the certificate issued by the political department of the provincial public security department.
3. Returned overseas Chinese youth, children of returned overseas Chinese, and certificates submitted by overseas Chinese children to the Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.
4. Candidates from Taiwan Province Province submit the certificate of Taiwan Affairs Office of the province.
5. Ethnic minority candidates should submit their original household registration book (including parents and children) and the candidate's household registration certificate issued by the police station in the jurisdiction where the household registration is located, which conforms to the identification method that the ethnic composition I filled in is consistent with the contents of the household registration book.

7. According to Document No.2 [2065438+02] of the Provincial Department of Education and the Political Department of the Provincial Military Region, the following children of soldiers (children of servicemen, children of martyrs, children of soldiers who died in the line of duty) need to go through the relevant formalities with the Political Department of the Shanxi Military Region with relevant documents and supporting materials, and fill out the Qualification Examination Form for Military Children to Participate in Senior High School Education Preferential Treatment.
A. Children of soldiers stationed in three types (including three types) of hard and remote areas in China and Xizang Autonomous Region, and islands above two types (including two types) determined by PLA headquarters, children of soldiers working in high-risk and high-risk posts such as flying, submarine, aerospace and nuclear-related, and children of military martyrs.
B children of combat troops, soldiers stationed in hard and remote areas of Class I and II designated by the state, soldiers of Class III island troops designated by the PLA headquarters, children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, and children of disabled soldiers of Grade I to IV. And the children of soldiers who have won second-class merit in peacetime or third-class merit in wartime.
C children of soldiers stationed in Jin beyond the scope specified in the preceding paragraph.
The children of the above-mentioned soldiers shall submit materials to the Political Department of the Provincial Military Region:
1. Military children's ID card (household registration book), original birth medical certificate, and graduation certificate;
2. Original military ID card and military officer's card (soldier's card) and a written application;
3. Original military spouse's ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate;
4 "Qualification Examination Form for Military Children to Participate in Senior High School Education Preferential Treatment" (issued by the Political Department of the Provincial Military Region);
5. Identification certificate and other relevant certificates issued by the Political Department of the soldier's unit;
6. Troops are stationed in hard and remote areas determined by the state and in Xizang Autonomous Region, and more than three types of islands designated by the PLA headquarters. Soldiers who work in high-risk positions such as flying, submarine, aerospace and nuclear-related jobs need to provide a copy of the latest appointment order, the appointment and removal of soldiers and the promotion report (stamped with the official seal of the cadre department at the corps level);
7. Children of military martyrs are required to provide the original Notice of Approval of Revolutionary Martyrs and Martyrs Certificate;
8. Soldiers who died in the line of duty shall provide the original Notice of Approval of Revolutionary Workers' Sacrifice in the Line of Duty and the Certificate of Sacrifice in the Line of Duty;
9. For Grade One to Grade Four disabled soldiers, provide the original disabled soldiers Certificate and a copy of the approval form for disability assessment (stamped with the official seal of the cadre department at the corps level);
10. Soldiers who have won Class II merit in peacetime or Class III merit in wartime are required to provide commendation notices, medals, original certificates and photocopies of meritorious service award cards (stamped with the official seals of cadres at the corps level);
1 1. All the above audit materials (including originals) are in duplicate (A4 paper, in duplicate). Fill in the Examination Form for Priority Admission Qualification of Military Children in Senior High School Education (in quadruplicate) and submit it to the Political Department of Shanxi Military Region for approval.
