When the class teacher educates individual students, the most common way is to talk. It seems that everyone has it, but it is not. The key is to grasp the crux of the problem, aim at it, improve the quality of conversation and get good educational results. First, observe and understand students, pay attention to be targeted

As a class teacher, we should have a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for education, take the initiative to care for and care for every student, observe, understand and find out the temperament of every student, and always keep their sufferings in mind. If you can't point out the diseases in students' hearts, you will prescribe the wrong medicine, which will not solve any problems, even make students feel bored and resistant, and fail to educate and reform students.

Second, love students and pay attention to psychological communication.

The head teacher should also have a broad mind and maternal love. Always think about what students think, worry about what students are anxious about, understand what students are confused about and love what students love. Teachers' love for students is a great educational influence. When students feel the teacher's love, they can start heart-to-heart communication and easily accept the teacher's teaching. Only by loving and worshiping teachers can students "believe in their way" and receive the best educational effect. Therefore, teachers should carry out more "psychological transposition" and "caring for others" when talking, that is, teachers should take students' age characteristics, psychological factors, knowledge status and life experience as the premise, examine them with students' eyes, judge them with students' thoughts, give full play to students' role psychologically and ideologically, and gradually guide students to improve their understanding. Third, create a good conversation atmosphere and pay attention to influencing students with true feelings.

When talking to a student, the other person often doesn't care what you say at first, but depends on your attitude and feelings towards him. If the head teacher does not build a bridge of feelings, but shows disgust and anger, students will build an invisible "fence" in their hearts and stay away. Close the window of the soul, no matter how good the truth is, you won't listen. If the class teacher creates a good conversation atmosphere with appropriate words, friendly attitude and gentle drizzle-like tone, it will eliminate students' fears and nervousness and reveal their true thoughts to you. Don't condescend, satirize students, be cynical, and think often. In this way, students will be afraid of the majesty of the teacher and admit their mistakes temporarily, but they will resent your simplicity and rudeness in their hearts. Not only can it not solve students' ideological problems, but it will hurt students' personality and self-esteem and cause confrontation between teachers and students. Counting "old scores" and criticizing students' shortcomings make students useless and messy, which is even more taboo in education. The evaluation of students should be divided into two parts. We should not only fully affirm his achievements, but also point out his problems and shortcomings, especially to help find out his cognitive deviation, so that he can truly realize his shortcomings and mistakes and be convinced. If you expose your shortcomings blindly, you will be unreasonable and wait for no one, so that students will be left out in the hope of seeking the understanding and tolerance of the class teacher, resulting in emotional opposition and resistance, turning a deaf ear to your words, extinguishing students' confidence and hope, and making their mistakes impossible to correct.

Fourth, convince people by reasoning and pay attention to the intensity of education.

At the same time, students can always reflect on their words and deeds, cultivate the habits of self-warning, self-restraint and since the enlightenment, and make students form the self-discipline habit of "teaching without distinction" in the process of cultivating their sentiments and sharpening their will, and constantly improve themselves.
