Interviews are conducted by examiners, who are composed of experts from universities, outstanding teachers from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and experts from teaching and research institutions. Examiners must be trained by educational examination institutions at or above the provincial level and hold relevant certificates. The marking group consists of three examiners, and there is no special timekeeper and scorekeeper in the examination room. The examiner only prompts the end time of 20 minutes, so candidates should grasp the ten minutes of the trial by themselves.
