Article 9 The education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall publish the charging items and standards of this semester in the local news media five days before the start of each semester. Article 10 When a school collects fees, it shall announce the charging items and charging standards of this semester to students or their parents. The school uniformly collects the fees paid by students, and truthfully issues administrative bills uniformly printed by the provincial financial administrative department. The administrative departments of price, supervision, finance and education of the people's governments at or above the county level shall set up telephone and report boxes for the supervision and reporting of compulsory education fees. The telephone number should be announced to the public through the news media.
People's governments at all levels and relevant departments shall promptly investigate and deal with the problems found in supervision, inspection and audit and the problems reported by the masses. Article 13 Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of these regulations shall be ordered by the education administrative department to refund the fees collected, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be given a warning or demerit; If the circumstances are serious, a demerit or demotion shall be given. In violation of regulations, selling newspapers, books, audio-visual products, study materials, exercise books and other commodities to schools or students or providing business services, the administrative department for industry and commerce at or above the county level shall order it to stop the illegal act and refund the fees collected; Illegal income, confiscate the illegal income, and impose a fine of 0 to 5 times the illegal income.
