Shandong Normal University, located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, is a comprehensive normal college, a public graduate program jointly established by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the People's Government of Shandong Province, and has been selected as a national high-level university, a national key discipline project with national characteristics, a "University Construction and National Training Plan", a "Excellent Teacher Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, and a student exchange program for high-level universities at home and abroad.

The history of Shandong Normal University can be traced back to 1902, when the Teachers College was located in Shandong University Hall. 1903, Shandong Normal School was established by Shandong University Hall; Shandong Normal University was founded in 1944.

1950 10, Shandong Normal University was established on the basis of the former School of Education of East China University and Shandong Administrative Cadre College. It is the earliest undergraduate university in Shandong Province after the founding of the People's Republic of China. 1952, the merger of physics, chemistry and biology of cheeloo University; 198 1 renamed Shandong Normal University.
