The responsible inspector is the staff stationed in primary and secondary schools when the supervision office of the education management department supervises and inspects the teaching management, teacher management and student fees of primary and secondary schools in this area.
Inspector refers to the duty of supervising subordinate schools at all levels in the education system according to the orders of the people's government at the same level and the education supervision institutions, with the aim of maintaining teaching order and solving related teaching problems. The duties of the inspector include the following:
1. Check the performance of educational duties by governments at all levels, education departments and other relevant departments.
2, supervise the teaching of all kinds of schools at all levels.
3. Strictly verify the educational problems reflected by teachers, students and the masses, and formulate corresponding solutions;
4, in the event of serious damage to the safety of teachers and students, affecting the teaching order, must be handled in a timely manner, and the relevant situation will be reported in writing to the people's government and teaching.

5, complete other tasks assigned by the people's government at the same level and educational supervision institutions.

Article 2 of the Measures for the Supervision of the Listing of Responsible Supervisors in Primary and Secondary Schools stipulates that responsible inspectors shall be appointed by the education supervision department, issued with inspector certificates, registered and directly managed. Responsible inspectors shall meet the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Regulations on Education Supervision. Responsible inspectors are mainly selected from in-service principals, teachers, teaching and research personnel and administrative personnel, combining full-time and part-time work, taking into account kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools (including directly affiliated schools).
