China's Confucianism, Taoism and hundred schools of thought, after the irrigation of Yi-ology, formed a trickle of China culture. The long-standing Yi-ology system, like the Yellow River, has nourished China for thousands of years.
Among them, Menggua points out the essence of our children's education.
What is "Meng"? A fool is a fool. Kong Ying Da's "Justice" said: "Fools are ignorant, and everything is ignorant in the name of darkness." In other words, ignorance is ignorance and childish ignorance. Because of ignorance and naivety, we must strengthen our study and pay attention to self-cultivation. Therefore, Mongolian divination is essentially a kind of divination that encourages people to learn.
"Meng Gua" vividly said: "The mountain spring comes, and the gentleman takes the fruit of Xiu De." Springs come from mountains, which can also be called human nature. Mountains are the location of nature, and springs are the beginning of wisdom.
Those who are ignorant and naive, those who are naive about things, must be taught to become useful people. When things start, there is bound to be a mystery, and things will be like this when they are in infancy. Therefore, the ancients called early childhood education ignorance and enlightenment education enlightenment. The enlightenment education we often talk about is the source of children's cultivation and enlightenment.
People usually regard the Book of Learning as the earliest systematic educational theory document in China, but it was actually published in the Book of Changes? As early as hundreds of years ago, Meng Gua had expressed his educational thoughts intensively and systematically. It should be said that the educational thought expressed in Mencius is the source of China's educational thought and the importance of enlightenment education.
The opening of Menggua tells us: "Meng, Heng ..." That is to say, from small to large, the governance of Meng will have a bright future and become a "sacred industry". The sixty-four hexagrams in the Book of Changes are arranged in the following order: Gankun first, then Tunmeng. As heaven is the father, Kun is the mother, and swallowing is the birth of everything, just like a newborn baby. But after all, newborn babies are ignorant and need enlightenment education, so they enter the fourth divination "Meng".
The enlightenment and early education thoughts in the Book of Changes also have great influence on later generations. "Xue Ji" said that "it is forbidden to enter before it is made"; When it can be called; Don't care, call Sun; If you look at each other well, it is called "Mo". "If you ban it, you will lose." If time goes by and then you study, you will work hard and it will be difficult to achieve. There is also a saying among the people, such as "Young people are eager to learn, but old people are hard to succeed". Missed the best opportunity of education, the follow-up education effect will get twice the result with half the effort.
Du Fu's poem "The mountains and streams are pure, but the rivers are dark" is like a child, born like a clear spring, pure and perfect. If you don't educate and let yourself go from childhood, you will have bad habits and your inferiority complex will grow. You may make a big mistake in the future, and it's too late to regret it.
Similarly, if you received an improper education in the early days, it would be equally terrible: hearing this new educational concept and seeing the educational methods applied to children, different educational pigments want to drop into this clear spring to add color. As we all know, too many colors will become mottled or even black. Won't children become turbid water springs after China's entry into WTO?
It can be seen that education is the most important thing after birth. Our ancestors clearly pointed out to us how important early education is thousands of years ago. Although the child is young, energetic and seemingly ignorant, his heart is full of the power of seeking knowledge. In the process of continuous growth, if you receive correct education and guidance, you can cultivate their integrity. On the contrary, it is difficult to change.
Book of rites? In the Book of Learning, it is said, "If a jade is not cut, it will not be worn, and people will not know it without learning. It is a summary of the educational thought of the Book of Changes, and it is the viewpoint of "the king of all dynasties, the foundation of the country, and teaching first".
The goal and core idea of education
Education is so important, what should early education teach?
The sentence "Being enlightened is also a noble achievement" expresses the highest goal of education-cultivating healthy education. Education should be carefully started, and the starting direction is the most important course in life, which determines the direction of life.
Yuan, the length of goodness is also. What is good? Morality goes by the cloud, and it is good to benefit everything without arguing. Only by teaching people to be good can they stay healthy. Those who are "positive" stop at one. One is "supreme goodness", and the university says that "the way of a university is to be virtuous, to be close to the people and to stop at supreme goodness". Once determined, the Tao is one, which means a word "righteousness" and a word "determination", so the way of university lies in Zhi Zhi, and then it is settled.
The core idea of education is "a gentleman cultivates himself by fruit". "Moral education" is not only the focus of Mongolian divination, but also one of the core words in the Book of Changes. The Book of Changes talks about "Tao", that is, the way of heaven and earth. Thinking according to Tao means righteousness, acting according to Tao means virtue, acting by the way means courtesy, and keeping Tao means benevolence. It can be said that cultivating righteousness can become righteousness, accumulate small goodness and cultivate great virtue.
The Book of Changes clearly puts moral education in the first place of enlightenment education, and a quarter of the entire Book of Changes talks about how to "Xiu De", such as: a gentleman pays attention to moral cultivation with virtue, reflexes Xiu De, and is generous in morality. It constantly reminds us that a person's virtue is like the steering wheel of life, which determines a person's quality of life, life direction and value to the country and society.
Nowadays, parents, under the banner of "Don't let their children lose at the starting line", are trying their best to create conditions for their children and learn knowledge and skills, but they are still at a loss. What can they do to give their children a successful life? !
According to the Book of Filial Piety, great filial piety means "standing on the road and making a name for yourself in the future", and those who can do this are undoubtedly successful people, while the Book of Filial Piety points out at the beginning that "filial piety is based on morality and teaching is based on life". Children's education is not to cultivate all kinds of skills and instill all kinds of knowledge, but to cultivate honesty and cultivate children to be human. Confucius said: "A gentleman's business is based on inheritance, and the Tao gives birth." When we train children, we should know what the foundation is for them.
I want to give my children a successful life and learn the Book of Changes. Elephant, one of the ten wings, is a masterpiece of success created by Confucius about "learning from heaven and earth and cultivating oneself as a gentleman". "A gentleman wants to learn virtue from time", so he should read classics and I Ching from an early age to lay a solid foundation for his children's successful life.
The dignity of teachers' profession
1, Dear:
"Meng Huo" said: "Meng, Heng and bandits asked, asked me." Strict teachers attach importance to education and are sincere. The success or failure of education and teaching has a great relationship with students' learning attitude. Therefore, education should start with a correct learning attitude and get rid of possible laziness.
"Xue Ji" says: "It is difficult to learn any method strictly. The teacher is strict and then respects the Tao, and the Tao respects and the people know how to respect learning. " Confucius is tireless in teaching people and advocates that there is no class for all, but whoever wants to be his disciple must practice discipline. Confucius himself said very clearly: "I have never been ignorant of self-discipline."
Confucius is so, why should everyone haggle over a few pieces of dried meat? As far as its essence is concerned, this is a means to strictly teach and emphasize education, so as to achieve the purpose of sincerity and correctness. In students' minds, respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching is important and learning is solid. Confucius knew his way, so he said, "Learning is not strong, but it is not solid."
Book of rites? In college: "If you want to be straight with your heart, be honest with your heart first." Honesty and integrity are regarded as the foundation of being a man, governing the country and leveling the world. Isn't it also an extension and expansion of the educational thought of "Zi Wen Me" in the Book of Changes? Think about whether we are respectful among our disciples and early risers when we study here every day.
2. Re-education:
Confucius said, "Don't be angry, don't be angry, don't be unhappy, don't be angry." This is also the truth. "Anger" and "frustration" refer to the psychological state of actively seeking solutions, that is, the state of "seeking me". "Xian Gua" says: "Salty, feeling also. ..... is for constant "Imagine what one party wants to spread and what the other party wants to receive. Why not educate and teach?
Now a large group of people begin to give lectures, and everyone takes the initiative to arrange time to attend lectures online. This is the psychological state of actively seeking solutions. Early risers go online to study at 5: 30 every morning. The positive interaction between the enthusiasm for learning and the tutor's teaching is not only "two gases are in harmony", but also "constant" naturally.
Constant is the emergence, development, progress, improvement and good development. This is called prosperity. Perseverance, good wisdom, and continuous convergence of Jiashan's merits, the road to learning and growth is not accessible?
3. Good question:
"At the beginning, I sued again and again, and I will not sue if I blaspheme." Among scholars, there will be a phenomenon of asking questions indiscriminately, or asking questions to teachers to show off themselves. Repeated questions are a snub, and if you are snubbed, you won't answer. Because a scholar is not sincere in reading, the teacher can choose to "give up". From a psychological point of view, this is giving these dishonest people room to think and wake up.
This correct training method is also a wise way. On the contrary, if you blindly cater to the attitude of these dishonest people, even if the teacher has made great efforts, it is very likely that both sides will get nothing. Once you have put too much unnecessary effort and energy into a dishonest person, it has no effect, which is unfair to scholars who really study.
"Xue Ji" said: "Be kind to the questioner, such as ringing a bell. If you knock it down, you will knock it down. If you knock loudly, you will knock loudly. Wait calmly and then go all out. " Being good at asking and knocking, asking and singing, asking high-quality questions and getting profound answers are the best ways to improve quickly.
Learning attitude:
"Meng Tong, Ji", why "Meng Tong" is Ji?
Because children are naive, obedient and smart, ignorance at this time can be enlightened and can be changed with education. It's good to be as open-minded and obedient as a child and willing to be educated by a teacher. This also tells us that a person is not afraid of ignorance, but is not open-minded and resists learning. Ignorance is auspicious, because young children are obedient and humble.
There is such a story:
In the Meiji era, there was a famous Nanyin Zen master. A scholar was not convinced when he heard his name, so he went to the door for advice on a pretence. Nanyin Zen master saw the visitor put on a domineering look and kept a straight face. He not only asked the visitor to sit down, but also poured him tea himself.
The cup was soon full, but the Zen master continued to pour tea into it. The scholar hurriedly said, that's enough. Don't pour again. The tea is full. At this time, Nanyin Zen master said unhurriedly: You are like this teacup, full of your own ideas. What can I tell you if you can't empty the glass?
If you want to learn more knowledge, you should first imagine yourself as an "empty cup" instead of being complacent. The premise of doing things and studying is to have a good attitude first.
The "empty cup mentality" is not to deny the past blindly, but to integrate into the new environment and treat new learning and new things with an attitude of emptying the past. ?
The Book of Changes is profound and profound, with endless implications. Observing heaven and human nature is worth reading carefully.
