Shenzhen Baoan District Starlight School. Shenzhen Baoan District Starlight School, formerly known as Baoan District Special Education School, was established on June 20 16. The first district-level special education school in Shenzhen is located at the intersection of Hongyan Road and Jinhe Road in Luo Yan Street. The school is a nine-year compulsory education school, and the enrollment targets are autistic and mentally retarded school-age children with moderate and severe disabilities registered in Baoan.
