Chapter I General Principles
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to further standardize examination and grade management, maintain teaching order and improve the quality of personnel training.
Article 2 The purpose of course assessment is to test and evaluate the teaching quality of teachers, students' mastery of teaching content and students' application and innovation ability according to the overall goal of professional personnel training and the basic requirements of course syllabus.
Chapter II Scope and Form of Curriculum Evaluation
Article 3 The general education courses, professional education courses, vocational ability education courses and concentrated practice teaching links (courses) involved in the professional talent training scheme shall be evaluated. All evaluation results must be recorded in the students' own grade files.
Article 4 The course assessment is divided into two ways: examination and assessment. The assessment method of the course must be implemented according to the requirements in the professional talent training plan.
Fifth, actively promote the reform of examination methods, establish a student's academic evaluation system combining ideological morality with professional ability, adhere to the combination of process assessment and result assessment, assess students' comprehensive quality and ability, and implement structural achievements. Course assessment plan (including assessment form, assessment content, scoring standard, score composition and proportion, etc.). ) must be put forward at the beginning of each semester, approved by colleges and universities, and announced to students in a timely manner.
Article 6 All courses should have complete original assessment records in peacetime, including students' attendance and study discipline, classroom questions and in-class test results, after-class homework, discussion, submission and completion of in-class design, actual (test) performance of the course, completion and submission of actual (test) reports, etc.
Article 7 At the end of the semester, the course examination will be conducted in the examination week, in the form of closed book; The course examination can be conducted in the classroom, which can take the form of comprehensive test or defense, course paper or summary report (investigation report), comprehensive large-scale homework (design), experimental operation or computer operation.
Article 8 Undergraduate students should actively participate in the "National College English Test Band 4" to test whether their English level meets the requirements set by the Ministry of Education.
Chapter III Examination Proposition
Article 9 The examination questions should be set in strict accordance with the requirements of the course syllabus, combined with the characteristics of majors and disciplines, and focus on assessing students' basic knowledge, basic theory, basic skills, innovative thinking ability and ability to analyze and solve problems. The size and difficulty of the test questions should be moderate.
Article 10 The final exam proposition requires two sets of questions A and B with basically the same difficulty. The total score of the test questions is 100%, and the score distribution of each question is reasonable, with reference answers and scoring rules attached.
Eleventh the same test shall not be repeated; Subjective questions shall not be reused within two years; The repetition rate of two sets of questions A and B shall not exceed 30%, and the repetition rate with the first two sets of questions shall not exceed 50%. Don't directly use the questions used in the final exam in the past three years.
Twelfth test questions require the use of a unified format template, printed on B5 paper. For individual courses with special requirements (such as drawing, etc. ), which can be printed on 8 sheets of paper.
Chapter IV Printing and Saving of Test Questions
Thirteenth after the completion of the proposition, the proposition teacher should fill in the Examination Proposition Approval Form, together with two sets of questions A and B (including reference answers and grading rules) and return them to the department, and affix their seals as required after being examined and signed by the director of the teaching and research section or the deputy director of teaching.
Article 14 Each department will put two sets of test questions A and B into two sealed test bags, and send them to the Academic Affairs Office one week in advance after signing and sealing. The Academic Affairs Office will take one of the two sets of questions A and B as the final exam question, and the other set as the backup or supplementary exam question.
After the make-up exam, questions A and B are returned to all departments for preservation.
Fifteenth final exam questions by the Academic Affairs Office is responsible for printing, packaging, sealing, all departments in the day before the exam to the confidential room of the Academic Affairs Office to collect questions.
Sixteenth questions belong to the school confidential information before use. The academic affairs office and all departments should determine the person responsible for the confidentiality of test questions and establish a system of accountability for test questions disclosure. All personnel who come into contact with the test questions should have a high sense of confidentiality and responsibility, strictly abide by the confidentiality provisions, and ensure the safety of the test questions.
Chapter V Examination Management and Examination Room Arrangement
Seventeenth before the course examination, teachers should cooperate with the department to review the qualifications of students. In any of the following circumstances, the examination qualification will be cancelled, and the course will be counted as 0 point:
1. Cumulative absenteeism exceeds one third of the planned semester hours of this course;
2. More than one third of the homework or experimental reports are overdue.
Students who have been disqualified from the course examination will take the course examination without authorization, and their scores will be invalid.
Eighteenth students who have been disqualified from the course examination shall not go through the formalities of extension of the course, and shall not take the normal make-up examination of the course, but shall take it again.
Nineteenth students who fail in the final exam of compulsory general education courses, professional education courses and vocational ability education courses can take the normal make-up exam organized at the beginning of next semester.
Those who fail in the practical teaching course exam can't make up the exam and should take the second exam.
Twentieth general education elective courses (interdisciplinary elective courses) failed in the final exam, no make-up, regardless of grades and credits, students can re-take or take another course in the next semester.
Twenty-first students can not take the exam for special reasons, you can apply to the department. After confirmation by teachers and counselors, with the approval of the deputy director of teaching and the approval of the academic affairs office, the examination can be postponed. Deferred exams are treated as normal exams and will be conducted at the same time as make-up exams.
Twenty-second people who have not gone through the formalities of postponing the examination or the application for postponing the examination has not been approved and do not take the examination, or do not hand in the examination papers, shall be treated as absenteeism. The score of absenteeism course is 0 (pay attention to "absenteeism"). You are not allowed to take the normal make-up exam of this course and must retake it.
Article 23 If a person is punished for cheating in the exam, the score of the course will be 0 (note "cheating"), and he may not take the normal make-up exam of the course and must retake it.
Twenty-fourth students can have multiple opportunities to retake courses during their school days. There is no separate class in the resumption of the course. Students who attend the resumption of the course can attend classes with the next class or study by themselves without attending classes.
Students must complete the usual teaching process to rebuild the separate experimental courses and practical teaching courses.
Twenty-fifth make-up course examination should be carried out together with the normal examination of the next student. In principle, it is not allowed to organize the proposition and assessment separately, and it is not allowed to follow the next student to retake the exam. If there is no teaching course for this major in the next session, the department where the student belongs shall submit an application for re-examination to the Academic Affairs Office. After the approval of the Academic Affairs Office, each department will arrange another examination within the final examination time of the corresponding semester.
Twenty-sixth students who still fail to leave school after completing their studies may apply to their original departments within two years after leaving school, and participate in the re-examination and assessment of the courses after being approved by the Academic Affairs Office.
Twenty-seventh graduating classes in the last semester to offer theoretical courses, should be arranged in the first eight weeks to complete the teaching tasks and assessment, assessment results failed courses, given a make-up exam opportunity.
Twenty-eighth departments should carefully decorate the examination room, arrange candidates' seats according to a single table, and arrange invigilators according to the prescribed number. Invigilators should be serious and responsible, and do not do other things unrelated to invigilation during invigilation. The examination room arrangement and examination process should strictly abide by the examination room rules and invigilators' code.
Chapter VI Examination and Preservation of Examination Papers
Twenty-ninth after the examination, the invigilator will bind and seal the similar papers in the examination room by category (the retest papers are bound together with the normal papers), and fill in the cover contents of the test papers carefully. After sealing, seal the back of the test paper, affix the official seal and give it to the teaching secretary for safekeeping.
Thirtieth test paper book cover "test paper number" according to the number of test paper numbering rules, fill in. Among them, the examination paper number of general education courses (total 15) is in accordance with "academic year and semester (×××××××××××××)-student class (×××××××××)-starting department (×××××××)-course serial number (××××××)-examination paper (×××××××). The test paper numbers (total 13) of professional education courses and vocational ability education courses can be omitted.
Thirty-first marking should be carried out collectively in designated places, and assembly line operation should be adopted. After the marking, the teacher and the marking team of the unit will review and accept the marking of the test paper.
Examination paper marking and re-examination should be carried out in strict accordance with the Rules for Examination Paper Marking and Re-examination.
Thirty-second after the work of marking and reviewing papers, the classroom teachers and marking teachers will unpack the papers on the spot, fill in the students' scores and sign them. The failing grade should be reflected in red, and any change in the grade must be signed.
Thirty-third teachers should carefully analyze and summarize the test papers according to the students' test scores, fill in the Test Paper Analysis Form, which will be reviewed and signed by the director of the teaching and research section and the deputy director of teaching. The directors of each subject should review the analysis results and evaluation reports of the examination papers of each course, summarize the whole examination marking work of the unit, and report the summary materials to the Academic Affairs Office.
Article 34 The same course in the same class shall be bound into a book after marking and marking. At the same time, the assessment plan, test questions, reference answers and grading rules, student report forms, test paper analysis forms, etc. Packed on the front page of the test paper from bottom to top.
Thirty-fifth except for general education elective courses (interdisciplinary elective courses), all course papers are kept by the department where the students belong. Non-department students' papers should be returned to their department after examination (two weeks after the start of school).
The score books and papers of general education elective courses (interdisciplinary elective courses) shall be registered by teachers, confirmed and signed by the deputy director of teaching of the department, and directly submitted to the academic affairs office for preservation.
Thirty-sixth teaching units should properly keep the test papers, so as to be waterproof, moisture-proof, fire-proof, anti-theft and rat-proof, and ensure the safety of the test papers.
Chapter VII Performance Evaluation and Management
Thirty-seventh theoretical course assessment results will be evaluated by the percentage system. The evaluation of the assessment results of practical teaching links (courses) adopts a scoring system, which is divided into five grades. The conversion relationship between the percentile system and the five-level system is as follows:
(1) The percentage system is converted into a five-level system: 100-90 is "excellent"; 89-80 is "good"; 79-70 is divided into "medium"; 69-60 is divided into "passing"; A score below 59 is "failed".
(2) The five-level system is converted into a hundred-point system: "Excellent" is 95 points; "Good" is 85 points; "Medium" is 75 points; "Pass" is 65 points; "Failing" is 45 points.
Article 38 In principle, the overall evaluation result of the course assessment is the usual assessment result+the final assessment result. Among them, the final exam results shall not exceed 80% of students' total evaluation results. If one of the structural achievements is unqualified, the total achievement is determined as unqualified in principle. Difficult professional courses and departments can make their own performance calculation standards and report them to the Academic Affairs Office for the record.
Thirty-ninth after the evaluation, teachers in each class should fill in the students' total evaluation score book. The score column in the student's score book is not allowed to be empty. Students who are absent from class or cheat will get 0 score, and the words "absent from class" or "cheating" will be marked. The scores of students who postpone taking the exam are indicated by "/",and the words "postpone taking the exam" are marked; Other conditions must also be clearly marked in the remarks column.
Fortieth teachers or teaching secretaries should enter students' scores into the score management system within the specified time, print two copies after verification, and affix the official seal of the department after being signed by the teachers and the director of the teaching and research section. One copy is put in the examination paper book and the other is submitted to the Ministry for filing.
Forty-first at the end of each semester, each department should submit the printed class score book to the academic affairs office for preservation after being signed and sealed by the department head or the deputy director of teaching.
Forty-second students' make-up, postponed and retaken exams (two copies each) shall be filled in by teachers and marked with the words "make-up", "postponed" or "retaken" (the missed exam score shall be marked as 0, and the words "missed exam" shall be marked). After being examined and signed by the teachers and the deputy director of teaching, one copy shall be kept by the department and one copy shall be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office.
Forty-third make-up, extension and retest scores shall be entered into the score management system by the score management personnel of the Academic Affairs Office. Among them, the delayed test scores are entered according to the normal test scores; After passing the make-up or re-examination, record 60 points, and note the words "make-up"; Those who fail to pass the make-up exam or retake the exam shall be recorded according to the original results, and the words "Can't make-up exam" shall be marked.
Forty-fourth after the results of the course assessment are announced, students should log in to the score management system in time to check their course scores. If students have any objection to the course results, they can apply to their department for a re-examination of the examination papers within one week of the start of school. After the approval of the Ministry, organize relevant personnel to organize a second interview according to the requirements of the second interview paper. Involving courses offered by non-college departments, the application for retest papers will be summarized and reported to the Academic Affairs Office, which will inform the starting department to organize the retest. If there is any mistake, it must be changed. Teachers should fill in the Approval Form for Grade Change within one week of the start of next semester, and attach the archived test paper and the original grade book, which can be changed only after being examined and signed by the deputy director of teaching, stamped with the official seal and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for approval.
Article 45 After being allowed to change the grades, teachers should change the original grades and the grades in the grade book at the same time, and sign the changes, and then the grade management personnel of the Academic Affairs Office will be responsible for correcting them from the grade management system.
Forty-sixth students change their majors halfway, and the courses for changing departments are in line with the training plan for changing majors. The original result is valid. For students who drop out of school or repeat a grade, the original grades are valid for courses that meet the training plan of the next level of professionals.
Forty-seventh students transferred from other schools to our school, in principle, admit the original assessment results, and can be re-assessed when necessary. Those who fail to meet the requirements of this major should be rebuilt.
Forty-eighth students' grades are managed by the Academic Affairs Office. Students who need to issue proof of academic performance, after printing, reviewing and stamping with the official seal of the department, go through the relevant formalities at the Academic Affairs Office. After graduation, the Academic Affairs Office will print two copies of the students' total report card, affix the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office, put one copy in the students' file, and keep the other in the school archives. If a graduate student needs to issue a certificate of academic performance at school, the school archive room will issue a copy of the original transcript and affix the official seal of the archive room, and then the academic affairs office will affix the official seal of the academic affairs office after examination. ;
