According to the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of Hunan Province to build a strong education province, this paper puts forward the strategic goal of building a strong education province to ensure the competitiveness and influence of Hunan's education in the whole country to be continuously enhanced. Among them, a strong education province means that it is an important support for enriching the people and strengthening the province, and education should be a strong province for the people, that is, it should play the role of the main front.
