400 words after reading "Silver skates"
Usually, whenever I encounter difficulties and twists and turns, I always think of my favorite mother and ask her to help me or share some for me. I always thought my mother was omnipotent. When I grow up, I have higher and higher requirements for myself. Sometimes when my mother can't satisfy me, I will make a scene and be unhappy all day. However, after reading the book "Silver Roller Skaters" this winter vacation, I feel that this good book, like a tutor, has made me understand a lot of truth and gradually matured my original naive ideas.

The Silver Roller Skaters is about a little boy named Hans in the Netherlands during World War II. Hans' family was not poor, so his parents saved a sum of money for their children's education and living expenses to improve their family conditions. Unexpectedly, in a work accident, Hans' father needed family care because of his memory impairment. The whereabouts of this deposit became a mystery.

This book only describes how they got out of the predicament and regained their hope with the help of classmates and friends.

When I was a child, I was very dependent on my family. My father taught me not to rely on others for everything, but I still can't figure out why children can't rely on adults. After reading this book, I understand that I have to do everything by myself, but I can only ask adults for help, so that I can really grow up and become a strong and confident man.
