As the core adult college undertaking higher education in Yuhang District, the school is based on local conditions and faces the whole province. More than 30 majors, including finance, accounting, industrial and commercial enterprise management, foreign trade, statistics, law, Chinese, administration, English, civil engineering, modern electronic technology, computer application engineering and mechatronics, have been set up successively, with a total of nearly 9,000 graduates. In 2002, with the approval of Zhejiang Radio and TV University, the school opened modern distance junior college education and implemented a complete credit system. In 2004, modern distance education was merged into the open education of Central TV University. Open education adopts a combination of computer network teaching and a small amount of face-to-face tutoring, enrolling students in spring and autumn, and exempting the national adult college entrance examination. Students can get the minimum total graduation credits stipulated in the teaching plan, and those who meet the requirements can graduate in two years. China Central Radio and TV University issues higher vocational diplomas, the Ministry of Education registers electronically, and the state recognizes their academic qualifications.

In addition to adult higher education, schools also participate in high school teaching. 1993 started vocational high school classes, and in 2004 began to recruit students from "3+2" vocational high school classes.

At the same time, the school is the only national computer and public English test center in Yuhang District, and it is also the test center of information technology grade examination center for primary and secondary schools in Yuhang District, Zhejiang Province, the technician grade examination and training base in Yuhang District, the continuing education and training base of Yuhang Personnel Bureau, and the self-study examination center in Yuhang District, Zhejiang Province.
