I. Background of the event

In order to respond to the call of the school, improve students' psychological quality and ability to adapt to social life, cultivate good individual psychological quality, promote the coordinated development of psychological quality, ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality and physical quality, and increase students' understanding of mental health education for college students, all classes in the school held thematic class meetings.

Second, the purpose of the activity

In order to enrich students' after-school life, cultivate students' interest in psychology and enthusiasm for learning, widely publicize mental health knowledge, and improve students' mental health level and scientific understanding of psychological counseling. Guide our students to pay attention to the spiritual world, face all kinds of difficulties and challenges in their study life with a healthy and positive attitude, promote the overall construction of moral education in our school, and jointly create a harmonious campus environment.

(1) Preparatory work

1, download a psychological interview video;

2. Collect topics to discuss the issues to be discussed;

3. Make and print the adjustment questionnaire;

4. Collect 1 to 2 fun games;

5. Download some inspirational music;

6, invite xxx teacher, xxx teacher, xxx teacher;

7. Each class selects students to recite and sing (voluntarily or privately designated);

8. Notice of class meeting time;

9. The host of this class meeting is the class teacher of each class;

10, notify the school radio station by camera, and take photos during it;

(2) Activity flow

1, the host announced the start of the class meeting, introduced the guests present and introduced the general process of the theme class meeting;

2. The host will introduce the origin of 5.25 College Students' Mental Health Day to the students (see annex);

3. Watch a mental health interview video;

4. Ask one or more students to recite an article about cherishing life or inspiring youth (the students who recite prepare their own manuscripts);

5. Ask one or more students to sing a song about youth inspiring or cherishing life (the song is prepared by the singing students themselves);

6. Randomly divide the class into four groups (according to the seats) for topic discussion (see the attachment);

7. Ask the representatives of each group to come to the stage to announce the results of this group discussion (during which the monitor and others will issue questionnaires);

8, fill in the questionnaire (xxx-90 college students' mental health measurement form) and hand it in (8 minutes, during which inspirational music is played);

9, fun games, the rules of the game see annex;

10, the monitor came to the stage to talk about some knowledge about mental health (the manuscript was prepared by the monitor of each class);
