University education is implemented by universities, colleges and junior colleges. Since 1999, the reform of junior college education has been implemented on the grounds of junior college. According to the types of education, university education is divided into subject education and higher vocational education. College education before 1999 is subject education, and graduates are assigned. After 1999, except for normal colleges, medical colleges and public security colleges, all others are higher vocational colleges.
