What do we choose when we choose to read?

1. The reading club tells every teacher who loves reading that education is not the whole of life.

2. Reading will help teachers at least make a breakthrough in spirit, so that teachers can see the vastness and richness of the world, the diversity of life and different growth codes through reading, and see that the meaning of life lies not only in education itself, but also in feeling the happiness and value of life growth. 24. A truly excellent teacher is a thoughtful teacher. Teaching and research without reading

It is difficult for teaching and research without reading to find valuable research topics.

43. We advocate that teachers' research projects must come from practice, and teaching and research should really serve teachers' education and teaching practice. But not every problem encountered in practice is worth studying. On the one hand, there is no need to repeat the research because some problems have already appeared mature and worthy of learning; On the other hand, because some problems are actually simple and clear, they are often handled according to the teacher's own experience, so there is no need to make efforts to study them as topics. Why can't I just read educational books?

Reading with interest is certainly a good thing, but for teachers, reading is a kind of "training" and "preparation", and it must not be based on interest alone. In fact, all teachers and scholars who have really made achievements in the field of education and teaching have a sound knowledge structure. A truly perfect knowledge structure broadens one's thinking and vision, breaks the closure, realizes connection, avoids singleness and certainty, and takes care of various growth possibilities.
