After the Chinese version of Emotion in Education is published, more teachers, parents, educational researchers and people who care about children's growth will pay attention to children's uniqueness, their individual life world and understand the sensitivity and wit of education. The first five chapters of the article are also the beginning of this book from the perspective of children. This arrangement allows me to quickly return to the process of classroom teaching and after-school teaching, and quickly answer whether I have taken students seriously in the teaching process!
Fortunately, I have achieved most of my respect and concern, and it is not good either. I haven't seen it from the perspective of education!
For a long time, I regard efficiency and results as the purpose of education itself, and equate "technical" education with education. These worrying views that "some people in modern society have turned raising children into a selfish and narcissistic career" make me think deeply.
After choosing this position, I compared my growing experience as a student with my teaching experience. I found that many teachers work day and night for their grades, and many parents fight hard for the "school district room", so that many schools will advertise the enrollment rate to attract students. Some students gradually lost their curiosity and yearning for life in this environment, and let others open and close like machines in the intense study in high school. When I entered the university, I wandered about, idled around, and went to work to fish in troubled waters, thus unconsciously ending my life.
In this process, there are two places that I and many teachers have not done. One is true love for education, and the other is respect for children's growth.
We are observers and nurturers of children. What really loves education is not only traditional education, but also "moral education". Nowadays, high school students are at an important juncture to establish their personal personality and attitude towards life, and our teachers' behavior will have a direct and far-reaching impact on them. Just like my current teaching methods, many skills are selected from the methods commonly used by excellent teachers in the past, which will affect students' participation.
The more you put moral and humanitarian responsibilities on children, half of your students or your educational goals will be achieved!
Limited by the nature of life experience accumulation and generation, children always like to do something different, which is often called the shift of classroom center. So for Chinese class, what I should actually do is to spend more time preparing lessons, so that middle school students and teachers can cooperate properly, complete classroom tasks quickly, reduce mistakes, and constantly pursue and practice better language expression and teaching skills in the teaching process, greatly improving the efficiency of the classroom, thus giving the classroom to students, giving them more time, and guiding children to think, summarize, practice and improve themselves!
