The second prize and the third prize are produced through the preliminary competition, and are selected according to 30‰ and 50‰ of the participants in the preliminary competition. The total winning proportion is 86‰ of the participants in the preliminary competition, the grand prize 1‰, the first prize 5‰, the second prize 30‰ and the third prize 50‰.
