It's another spring Friday, and the children's mood is as bright as the sun. In the joyful frolicking, a new child came: Xiao Yi, and the happy mood was also tense. Going out for an open class in the morning, Mr. Jiang took a new class. In the afternoon, I went back to class. Always avoiding me, only relying on teacher Jiang. In order to stabilize my mood, Mr. Jiang took care of it, so I cut corners.

The next day, Teacher Jiang also went out to class. When Xiao Yi met a stranger, I even refused to enter Class 4. After consulting with my parents, I hugged Xiao Yi who was crying. At this time, her parents left, and Xiao Yi cried and begged "teacher, call me dad". I said with certainty, "OK, baby, I know your father. His name is XXX. * Mom's name is XXX, right? " Xiaoyi stopped crying and looked at me in surprise. I went on to say, "They are all my good friends and work in Jiajiayue, right?" Xiao Yi smiled and said, "Yes, it's on the side of the road." I pretended to pick up the phone and dial: "Hello, is this Xiao Yi's father?" Oh, you're working. Okay, come and pick up Xiao Yi after work! "Xiao Yi looked at me seriously and buckled the phone. I said to Xiao Yi, "They will pick you up after work. If you are late, I will take you to Jiajiayue. "Xiaoyi smiled." All right, I'll go with you. "He also moved the small chair next to me and stuffed his little hand into mine.

Xiaoyi didn't cry during the day's activities. She held out her little hand to me with confidence. Slowly, the little guy fell in love with me, with Class Four, and with the children in Class Four. Most new children will feel anxious when they enter a strange environment. One of the key points of our small class teachers' work is to solve this problem, so that children can get through the anxiety period smoothly and enjoy kindergarten. Every teacher has his own unique method, which is generally based on love, so that children can extend their trust hand in love.

I remember when I first entered the small class, there was always some voice in the art class "Teacher, I can't draw". If the teacher doesn't guide me, they just sit in a class, and then there is still a blank sheet of paper in front of them, and sometimes they draw a few with their small hands, but they still dare not write. Can't draw? Is it a child who has never touched crayons or attended kindergarten? Don't! Except for a few timid children, it is often those who have been in kindergarten for a while, usually draw well and evenly, and draw well in the teacher's mind.

Why is this happening? In fact, children are not "won't" but "dare not". Analysis reason: 1, the poison of the concept of "portrait". 0-3 years old children's painting is still in the graffiti period, and after 3 years old, it develops to the symbol period, then to the graphic period, and only when they enter primary school can they truly reach the realistic period. However, many parents and some teachers in individual kindergartens often judge their children's works by whether they are painted like or not. Children who don't follow the teacher's requirements will be criticized as graffiti. The wrong values of adults lead to the imprisonment of children's thinking, and the high and strict requirements make children afraid to write. 2. Small muscles are not developed enough. Nowadays, most children are only children, so there are fewer opportunities to start work at ordinary times. Therefore, the development of small muscles is weak, and the control of oil pastels is not very skilled. Lack of skills is also a factor that children dare not.

Find out why, how can we eliminate children's knots and let them happily pick up oil pastels and doodle at will? First of all, let children dare to draw. I have repeatedly stressed that as long as you draw and leave traces of oil pastels on paper, it is success, encouragement and praise, and at the same time, you don't criticize children's differences in painting content and performance. In addition, I chose very simple content in several teaching activities at the beginning of the semester, and changed the content and form to draw many times, such as drawing straight lines. We carried out activities such as Lamian Noodles, rabbits eating grass and chicken fence. And drawing circles includes blowing bubbles, bathing ducklings, Sugar-Coated Berry, beading and so on. Children are more willing to try familiar content, and repeated painting also consolidates their painting skills.

However, regular art activities can't completely eliminate children's nervousness, so I use fun teaching method to teach in game situations to stimulate children's interest in painting.

1, Reality situational method: In activities such as painting noodles, chicken fence and blowing bubbles, I draw pictures of bowls, chickens and people blowing bubbles on paper, so that children can add pictures on the spot. For example, at the beginning of tearing the "delicious fried rice with eggs" sticker, I simulated the familiar scenes of children, put on an apron, put on a gas stove and pots and pans. : "Mom is going to cook fried rice with eggs. Do you want to eat?" It attracted every child at once, aroused children's discussion and helped me out with ideas. At this time, I can tear all kinds of handmade paper prepared in advance into yellow eggs, green onions and white rice, and fry them in the pot. A bowl of delicious fried rice with eggs will be ready to stimulate the desire of children to do it themselves.

2. Imitation in kind: In "Winding Wool for Mother", I first showed wool to stimulate children's interest in helping their mother, and colorful wool also hinted at children's colors. Then I imitate the action of winding wool by hand to experience the spiral from small to large, and then draw on paper. During the demonstration, I can also invite some children who are particularly afraid of painting to demonstrate and let them put down "I can't" and paint boldly.

3. Story method. Drawing from stories is like adding a fence. I first told the children in a story tone that a fox was coming to eat the chicken, and we would help the baby chicken make a fence. Then let the children observe what a fence is through photos. The bamboo poles on the fence must be inserted tightly so that the fox can't get in. Through the demonstration of the story, children have a strong interest in painting, and rural children have the experience of fence life, plus photos and previous experience of drawing straight lines, children can start painting.

4, the game method. Although children in small classes are young, they still need to master some simple art skills, such as cutting, pasting, drawing, tearing and pinching. If the teacher sets some interesting games, these skills can be mastered unconsciously in the process of playing. For example, let children master the skills of cutting, let children cut noodles for dolls, cut French fries for KFC, cut long strips for dolls to make color chains, and let children master the use of scissors and glue in the game. When drawing "bubble blowing" activities, let children blow bubbles outdoors, chase bubbles, learn to blow bubbles' nursery rhymes, print bubbles with bottle caps and draw bubbles with oil pastels. Multi-field activities make children feel in many directions, draw while playing, and play in painting, which greatly improves children's interest and stimulates their creativity.

5. Multi-channel and multi-tool painting. For children in small classes, if a single oil pastel is used, children will lose interest over time. Therefore, the materials and tools I draw for my children are rich and varied, such as cotton swabs, bottle caps, habits, pigments, oil pastels, leaves and so on. In this way, children will find it fun and interesting before they are willing to participate. For example, in the activity of "Mother Fish and Baby Fish", children draw pictures on the painted fish with dexterous fingers to help the mother fish and baby fish put on beautiful fish scale clothes. In Firecrackers, children draw firecrackers with cotton swabs, which is not only interesting to children, but also colorful and vivid. In such a lively and interesting painting activity, it not only fills the gap between children's expression intention and expression ability, but also makes them feel magical and fresh before participating in each activity. With interest, they can participate confidently.

There should be laws in teaching, but there is no fixed law in teaching. It is very important to get the law. Practice has proved that "interest is the best teacher". As a kindergarten teacher, we should be able to guide children to be interested in art and create a relaxed and harmonious learning environment for them from the perspective of children. In activities, according to children's individual differences, give them some encouragement, more love and patience, and more responsibility.

Today, in outdoor activities, I alternate with the children in my small class to practice patting the ball with my hands. Before the activity, I warmed up with a child-free racket. Then, tell the children, now let's practice alternating hands to bat the ball. The requirement is-alternate left and right hands, clap your hands and count, and take two or eight pictures. At the beginning of the activity, we didn't shoot many shots, and Hao Liang's children shouted, "Teacher, I didn't …". I didn't catch the sound of the child patting the ball. I walked into him and asked, "Your ball is flat?" He said seriously, "No, I'm bored." His red face doesn't look ill. I had a brainwave and encouraged him to say, "Strength comes from practice. You see, the teacher and other children are very strong. " At this time, Hao Liang's children clapped their hands one, two, three and four times. I asked, "Are you strong?" He proudly opened his five fingers and said, "I have these advantages!" " ""Oh, so much energy, is it more and more energy? " He said happily, "Yes". The next time he didn't stop, his hands were so happy.

This incident makes me feel that every activity, children's interest and enthusiasm come from the correct guidance and encouragement of teachers. As long as children's interests and enthusiasm are mobilized, they will never be exhausted.
