First, the resistance layer. Social people have limited vision and low ideological awareness, and their understanding of universities and schools stayed in the 1980s, among which teachers and parents are the main force. Their misunderstanding of education has led to the intensification of exam-oriented education. Their blind obedience, or with the support of a certain purpose, or forced to accept, will help promote the popularization of exam-oriented education. At the same time, many interest groups relying on exam-oriented education have also been derived. This is the social resistance, but the general direction of China is beyond the grasp of these generally ignorant people. Despite the resistance of social propaganda reform, the national high-level officials saw the necessity of education reform in China.
Second, the confusion of reform. The country thinks it is time for reform, but there is no corresponding reform plan. On June 20 10, five education reform conferences were held in Zhongnanhai, but all the university professors, education experts and senior high school teachers attending the conference failed to come up with a reform plan. In desperation, Premier Wen personally presided over the compilation of the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan, and there was no specific plan for colleges and universities in various provinces and cities to explore the road of education reform. At present, although we are exploring the road of reform in twists and turns, in my humble opinion, the reform measures of colleges and universities in all provinces have targeted deviations, or the reform ideas are not clear. There is no really effective education reform plan to promote. Similarly, due to the immaturity and deviation of the new exploration, society lacks confidence in education reform, which will help to encourage those who support exam-oriented education.
