Measures for the implementation of disciplinary action against students in Shangqiu Normal University
Article 1 In order to regulate students' management behavior, maintain the normal order of education, teaching and life in the school, ensure students' physical and mental health, and promote students' all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education (Order No.41of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC)) and the Regulations on the Management of Students of Shangqiu Normal University, and in combination with the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 The school shall follow the principles of "due process, sufficient evidence, clear basis, accurate characterization and appropriate punishment" and give students corresponding disciplinary sanctions. The punishment given by the school to students should be commensurate with the nature and degree of students' illegal, illegal or disciplinary behavior.

Article 3 Students have the right to appeal against the punishment given by the school; Refuses to accept the punishment, can be in accordance with the provisions of article thirty-eighth, appeal to the school student appeal committee.
