Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen quality education and lifelong education, enhance community awareness, improve the overall coordination mechanism, and improve the integration effect of educational resources and community resources.

In recent years, with the slogan of quality education, lifelong education and "building a learning society" put forward, community construction and community education have been gradually carried out throughout the country and received more and more attention. The development of community construction and community education cannot be separated from the support of community resources and educational resources. In order to make full use of educational resources and other resources in the community, avoid repeated construction and waste, and carry out better under the condition of resource integration.

In community education, it is necessary to explore the sharing mechanism between educational resources and community resources.

Firstly, the relationship among community resources, education resources and community education resources is analyzed.

At present, there is no unified definition of the concept of community resources, but some local governments and some scholars have defined the concept of community resources in the process of community construction. For example, they believe that "community resources refer to the cultural, educational, sports, entertainment facilities and venues, technology, talents, information and other resource elements owned by regional departments such as party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, especially schools"; "Community resources refer to the resources that can be used to provide services in the community"; "Community resources are all resources that can be used for community needs"; Community resources are a kind of specific social resources, and they are all kinds of realistic social resources that a specific community can master, control and mobilize. From these concepts, we can see that the content of community resources is rich. In fact, the community is rich in educational resources, including general education, vocational education, adult education, higher education and other school educational resources, all kinds of social public educational resources, and all kinds of educational resources mastered by enterprises and institutions.

Education is a resource element, and rich educational resources are permeated with various community resources. With the development of community education, the concept of community education resources has been gradually mentioned by people. Community education resources are different from educational resources. Not all educational resources are community educational resources. For example, if the educational resources of universities are not open to the community, such educational resources cannot be called community educational resources. Community education resources should be all kinds of realistic community resources that the community can master, dominate and mobilize to carry out community education. To realize the sharing of educational resources and community resources, it is necessary to integrate educational resources and community resources, thus forming community educational resources.

Second, the two main links of community education

The purpose of sharing educational resources and community resources is to integrate more community education resources to carry out community education. Community education, which is based on the community, takes all community members as the object and aims at improving the overall quality of residents, is the unity of educational socialization and social education. Community education can be divided into cultural basic education, ideological and moral education, vocational and technical education, science popularization education, life interest education, legal publicity education, civic civilization education and so on. According to the age level, it can be divided into education for minors, education for teenagers, education for adults and education for the elderly. In addition to the above classification, in order to better study community education, community education can be divided into two parts: school-based community education and community-based community education according to whether the education object is mainly students or community residents in the systematic education sequence. School-based community education is to carry out educational cooperation with the community according to the conditions and needs of the school, so as to achieve the educational goal of cultivating students' sense of belonging to the community and civic responsibility, strive to cultivate students and the younger generation's morality, learning, skills and sense of belonging to society, and encourage young people to constantly pursue new knowledge, be brave in innovation and actively participate in social affairs; At the same time, it also gives the community the opportunity to enjoy the facilities and activities of the school, and the school also provides timely educational activities for the community. Community education based on community organizations is based on the establishment of mutual assistance with citizens, encouraging citizens to participate in community public affairs, raising civic awareness, thus improving the quality of life and establishing a mutually respectful and United community.

Third, the factors that restrict the sharing of educational resources and community resources at present

1. The prevalence of exam-oriented education and the indifference of community consciousness make it impossible to carry out community education in depth.

To realize the sharing of educational resources and community resources, community education must be promoted. However, the two major sectors of community education, namely, school-based community education and community-based education, have their own constraints. The prevalence of exam-oriented education makes it difficult to carry out school-based community education in depth. To a certain extent, exam-oriented education is also a means to choose the competitive mechanism of market economy, which is a harsh survival rule, affecting the field of education and intensifying the application of examinations. In recent years, due to the profound social background and objective environment, examination-oriented education in China has not weakened, but has intensified. Therefore, there is a phenomenon that the country strongly advocates quality education but exam-oriented education is popular. The prevalence of exam-oriented education makes schools pay too much attention to students' test scores, and students' personal interests are obliterated. Every day, I get caught up in all kinds of strange questions, and these valuable knowledge about students' morality, cultivation, viability and self-reliance are ignored. Under the baton of exam-oriented education, schools often neglect or even disdain to take education as the goal.

Community education activities with rich contents and various forms carried out by using community resources. These community education activities include a series of educational activities such as the cultivation of politics, ideology, morality and behavior norms, as well as extracurricular interest activities that integrate science and technology, culture, art and sports. Without the internal motivation to promote students' community education, schools will not actively participate in the establishment of educational resources and community resource sharing mechanisms. The indifference of community consciousness of community residents also makes it impossible to carry out community education organized by community organizations in depth and widely. At present, China is characterized by great social mobility, heterogeneous residents and indifferent regional concept. Coupled with the fast pace of urban life, community residents generally do not have more time to communicate with residents in the community and rarely communicate with neighbors. They only contact others when personal economic interests are involved. The development of the community is not perfect, the community consciousness of the community residents is relatively indifferent, and the mobilization of community resources to promote community education, community construction and development is still relatively slow.

2. The sharing of educational resources and community resources lacks a perfect coordination mechanism.

At present, various departments and units in the community have different attitudes towards the integration of community resources and educational resources. Because there are some differences in manpower, material resources, financial resources and facilities between departments and units, there are also great differences in participation consciousness and actions between departments and units. The departments and units with sufficient resources are not enthusiastic, and the departments and units that actively participate lack human, financial, material and facilities resources. This difference in understanding and asymmetry in motivation is undoubtedly an obstacle to the integration and utilization of community resources and educational resources. In order to coordinate the interests of various departments and units, it is necessary to establish an effective resource integration and coordination mechanism. However, at present, China still lacks a relatively perfect overall coordination mechanism for sharing educational resources and community resources. The government has not made enough efforts to promote community education and realize the overall coordination of educational resources and the sharing of community resources, and its role has not been fully exerted. The support of relevant government units for community education is not enough, and community education rarely involves the work plan of the department. In Hong Kong, where community education has been successfully implemented, not only the Education and Manpower Bureau and the Home Affairs Bureau are responsible for the overall policy and planning of community education, but also the policy plans formulated by the Health and Welfare Department, the Planning and Environment Department and the Independent Commission Against Corruption often involve the provision of community education. There is no overall plan for community education in many places in China, but in fact it often involves many departments. Without the necessary overall coordination mechanism, the development of community education will encounter many difficulties, which is not conducive to the sharing of educational resources and community resources.

3. The effect of sharing educational resources and community resources needs to be improved.

In the process of sharing educational resources and community resources represented by schools, the effect of resource integration and sharing needs to be improved. For example, science museums and museums in some cities are open to students free of charge. However, due to the lack of necessary professional explanations, students just take a cursory tour, with little effect. In addition, in the process of community education for residents, because the training teachers sent by schools and other educational institutions do not understand the needs and characteristics of community residents, community residents have not gained much. Examples like this show that the actual effect of sharing educational resources and community resources needs to be improved, and only better effect of sharing resources can further promote the integration and utilization of educational resources and community resources.

Fourthly, the construction and improvement of the sharing mechanism of educational resources and community resources.

We must focus on the broad society, develop and utilize new educational resources, and make a big contribution to the utilization of community resources. Educators should realize that community education is the continuation and expansion of subject education content, school education and student management. To strengthen community education based on community organizations, we should also strengthen the community awareness of community residents and advocate lifelong education and the construction of a learning society. Efforts should be made to improve the community environment, including the natural environment and human environment such as community greening, sanitation, public security and interpersonal relationship. The community is well afforested and the air is fresh and comfortable; Good hygiene, clean and tidy everywhere; Good public security makes people feel safe; If interpersonal relationships are well coordinated and everyone gets along well, then community residents will have a sense of freshness, comfort, security and coordination, thus sprouting a sense of beauty, trust and attachment to the community from the deep heart, and this process is the process of gradually forming and strengthening community awareness. In addition, community residents need to realize that lifelong education is actually the basic needs of human life: first, the need for survival. In today's increasingly fierce competition for survival, in order to better adapt to this environment, continuous learning of new knowledge is a necessary condition for not being eliminated. The second is spiritual needs. On the premise of ensuring survival, people always hope to have better and more spiritual enjoyment, and such enjoyment needs enough understanding and appreciation, which can only be obtained through the integration of education and their own life experiences. When the community consciousness of community residents is formed, they will actively participate in the community education organized by the community, and the strengthening of the demand will help promote the integration and sharing of community resources and educational resources.

2. Establish a perfect overall coordination mechanism for sharing educational resources and community resources.

In the process of implementing community education, it is necessary to gradually form a pattern of community education with overall planning and multi-participation by the government. A special community education leading body, the Community Education Committee, can be established, which is composed of the Education Committee, the Street Office, the public security, the Youth League Committee, the Women's Federation and other departments, and the heads of all departments are members of the Committee. In order to distinguish the responsibilities and tasks of various departments and coordinate the work of community education, the articles of association of community education committees can be formulated to determine the responsibilities and tasks of community units including streets, women's federations, youth league committees, trade unions, culture, public security, justice, health, sports and civilization committees to carry out community education. In order to cooperate with the development of community education and achieve the purpose of resource sharing, schools in the community should determine the leaders in charge of overall coordination of educational resources and community resource sharing, discuss and formulate the co-construction and sharing scheme and specific management system under the overall planning of the community education leading group in the street (town) where they are located, and clarify the respective responsibilities and tasks of the community and schools. It is necessary to determine the location, time, object, management personnel, access requirements and precautions of the school. Personnel management fees, equipment loss fees, utilities, etc. If it is necessary to use school resources, it should be settled through consultation between the school and the community in the spirit of friendly cooperation and mutual benefit.

3. Improve the integration effect of educational resources and community resources.

Dig deep into community resources and carry out community education activities that meet the characteristics of teenagers. Use community resources to guide them to participate in social practice activities, improve the comprehensive quality and socialization level of teenagers, and let them really learn a lot of knowledge that they can't learn in school. Avoid those formalistic activities and make community education effective. Reasonable use of educational resources to provide services for community residents, including the provision of training venues, the support of teachers and the help needed to carry out related educational activities, should meet the needs of the majority of residents in order to achieve the real purpose of community education activities based on community organizations.
