Seventh provincial education administrative departments are responsible for the overall planning, comprehensive coordination and macro management of vocational education in the province.
The provincial education administrative department, the labor administrative department and other relevant departments shall be responsible for the relevant vocational education work within the scope of duties prescribed by the provincial people's government.
Industry organizations, enterprises and institutions shall fulfill their obligations to implement vocational education according to law. Enterprises and institutions shall accept students and teachers' internships in vocational schools and vocational training institutions and provide technical guidance. The quality standards and evaluation standards of vocational education shall be formulated by the provincial people's government.
