In the season when the grass grows and the spring is full, I am very fortunate to come to Nanyang, a famous historical and cultural city, to observe the "Henan Primary School Chinese Teacher Literacy Competition" sponsored by the Henan Basic Education and Teaching Research Association. There are 15 outstanding teachers participating in this competition, and hundreds of teachers from all cities and States in the province come to observe it. After two days of on-site observation, fifteen contestants brought us a wonderful audio-visual feast, and the expert's comments were wise and appropriate, which made me truly feel the unique charm of Chinese.

At the beginning of the contest, Teacher Zhang Lin from Henan Basic Teaching and Research Section told us what literacy is. Modern education aims at improving the quality of students in an all-round way. In such a social environment, teachers must constantly improve their education and teaching level and update their knowledge. Chinese teachers in primary schools should have rich culture, exquisite language, professional knowledge, agile thinking and other qualities.

First, show the style of students? Show campus characteristics

As the host of this activity, Nanyang No.9 Primary School, before the official start of the competition, all the schools' associations brought a charming cultural performance to all the participating teachers.

The teachers and students of Nanyang No.9 Primary School vividly demonstrated the charm and grace of students' active, healthy and happy growth with the rich and colorful results of community activities.

Second, build an efficient classroom? Show Chinese charm

Classroom teaching is the most exciting part of this competition, and every participating teacher has demonstrated his own educational characteristics and teaching style. There are 15 teachers giving lectures, and each teacher's lessons are real, which are completely considered from the perspective of students and reflect the spirit of the new curriculum reform.

? In Mr. Hu's class, the whole class grasped the key word "clever calculation" to guide students to grasp the text tightly for reading comprehension, and timely and appropriately guide and hide its profound connotation, so that students can understand the text more thoroughly.

? The links in this lesson are clear. In the teaching process, Mr. Zhang always pays attention to the acquisition of learning methods, teaching students learning methods in every link, from helping to letting go, which truly embodies the student-centered curriculum concept. In the whole class, Mr. Zhang constantly creates a comfortable teaching environment and uses various reading forms, such as individual reading, free reading, teacher demonstration reading and music reading, to deepen students' understanding of this kind of scenery-writing Sanqu.

? Paper Boat and Kite is a touching fairy tale. Through the story of little squirrel and little bear, it guides students to cherish the friendship between classmates and educates students to live in harmony with classmates. Teacher Zhao firmly grasps the word "emotion", sets up touching situations and edifies students' emotions.

? Brush Li skimmed the text and attached great importance to cultivating students' ability to read independently. In teaching, Mr. Pan let the students understand the meaning of the topic through observation first, and then let the students read the text by themselves. Then pass "Where is the plum brushing stunt?" This question guides students to browse the text. Finally, guide students to understand and feel from paragraph to sentence. In the classroom, Mr. Pan makes the classroom atmosphere full of passion with infectious and expressive teaching language.

Teacher Qiao's teaching attitude is natural and generous, with strong affinity, and the beauty of voice is integrated with the beauty of lotus in words. At the beginning of the class, Mr. Qiao showed the actual extracurricular accumulation, led the students to experience the beauty of lotus flowers, and then led them to the text. Next, through careful explanation, let students experience the vividness and beauty of the text language.

Last year's Tree is a fairy tale that uses dialogue to unfold the story and promote its development. Teacher Zhao leads the students to read aloud the dialogue and the performance of birds in the text, and guides them to understand that people should keep their promises and cherish friendship.

These two poems paint us an endless picture of spring. In the teaching process, Mr. Yang creates scenes to compete with students in learning, which stimulates students' enthusiasm for learning. At the same time, Mr. Yang pays attention to the importance of learning ancient poems "to read and inspire imagination", and reading poems almost runs through the whole class.

Teacher Zhang, who comes from me, has given a simple and unique Chinese lesson for everyone under the guidance of the municipal teaching and research staff for many times.

? Teacher Zhang's lecture is very slow and archaic, which is very complementary to the genre of ancient poetry. In class, guide students to read poems to understand the meaning, read poems about the present situation and read poems about my feelings. In the recitation of "sailing alone, the blue sky is exhausted, and the Yangtze River flows in the sky", the separation between Li Meng and Li Meng is pushed to a climax.

Teacher Fang grasped the characteristics of junior children, created scenes to lead students to observe and imagine, and understood that "the deer has been building a bridge for a long time (all the time), the task is heavy (tired) and the intensity is heavy (sweaty)" by analyzing words and phrases. Finally, he read the text again on the basis of understanding, and realized the hardships of the deer in building the bridge and the spirit of persistence in doing things.

The biggest feeling that Mr. Wang gave me in this class was that the teacher created a harmonious and natural teaching atmosphere with his sincere, humorous and cordial teaching attitude and skillful and flexible teaching skills, which made the class full of childlike interest and interest from beginning to end.

? Tian teacher leads students to read the text by capturing the pictures described in the text. When the students have a systematic understanding of the text, they put forward "Why does Gaishi become a beautiful scenery in their hometown?" Let students use their imagination to understand the beauty of harmony, dedication and respect for the elderly.

? Charming Summer is a beautiful essay. Teacher Zhou asked students to understand the text and feel the writing characteristics of the text in repeated reading, so as to be inspired and learn to create the text.

? Teacher Huang takes "emotion" as the main line and "reading" as the means to read key paragraphs and sentences, so that students can fully feel the affection between the old man and the seagull.

In the teaching of this class, Mr. Shen guides students to grasp the key words and phrases such as "desire, daily life, total feeling" to taste the anxiety of farmers, and then understand the truth of obeying the law in doing things. At the same time, Mr. Shen pays attention to children's language expression, so that students can use their imagination to tell stories to others in their own language on the basis of the original stories.

In the teaching of ancient poetry, the emphasis is on understanding. In this class, Mr. Hou downplayed the analysis and expressed his feelings by reading aloud, so that students could feel and understand the text while reading. Teacher Hou leads the children to read, estrus and realize the world, so that we can feel the beauty of Nalan Xingde's words.

The concept of 15 lesson displayed is very novel, which embodies the spirit of the new curriculum reform. This demonstration class shows me that every teacher is no longer the original traditional teacher in class, students become the masters of the class, and teachers are the organizers, guides and collaborators in the learning process. The new curriculum standard puts forward that students' independent reading comprehension is the first, and teachers' guidance and control are the second. 15 all teachers focus on students' development, learn before teaching, read before guiding, put before helping, and fully respect students' subjectivity.

Teachers' rich classroom evaluation language has also benefited me a lot, such as "reading should be personalized", "reading should read one's own characteristics", "no reading without pen and ink", "it doesn't matter, learning means not having a meeting" and "listening means learning" and so on. These inspirational words are sweet and natural, and even I feel internally inspired, let alone children.

Through the observation of this 15 class, we teachers from the front line saw the direction of future teaching efforts, and also let me clearly see my own shortcomings, and let me understand how to start building the future teaching road.

Third, the teacher's style? A grand event of art

Talent show is a link to show the personal style of the participating teachers in all directions. Passionate recitation, smart dance, beautiful singing, exquisite calligraphy and melodious guqin have brought every teacher to a colorful life.

Versatile teachers display their talents, which are not only diverse in forms and extraordinary in performances, but also closely combined with education in China. I was amazed by the constant applause. Let me deeply feel that as a teacher, we should not only have high professional quality, but also have artistic expertise.

Fourth, the vision is broad and you can get it? a good grounding ensures success in what one does

After just two days of observation activities, we Xiaoyu people in Xuchang watched, listened, thought and gained, and felt very rich spiritually. Under the leadership of Mr. Lv Weiping, the teaching and research section of Xuchang City, we should constantly temper our internal strength, improve our own quality, enrich ourselves, and maintain a positive attitude, so as to grow into a teacher who can really lead children's growth and development.
