Classification of Japanese universities: China public universities (86 national universities and 86 public universities) and private universities (more than 600).

There are many specialized schools in Japan (academic qualifications correspond to junior colleges and junior colleges in China), but the China government does not recognize the academic qualifications of Japanese specialized schools.

University education system:
